Great Service. Knowledgeable techs. Customer Service orientated and always willing to please.
Argosy West has seen both my Mac's and PC's on numerous occasions and has always fixed problems with them in a timely and cost effective manner. They always have options for you, depending on the situation, the cost's associated with it and how much of an emergency it is.
With very limited options for computer service in the Prescott area (I wouldn't even let Best Try replace the batteries in my wireless mouse) it's nice to know that there is one place that can take care of you when you need it.
The only drawback is their limited stock, but being a "mom and pop" and computers not very cheap to begin with, its understandable. They are willing to order anything and get it to us ASAP!
Two thumbs way up to Argosy West Computers and their very friendly staff. -

brought my mac laptop in to have HD replaced. received it back in worse condition than before I gave it to them. Tony claimed no responsibility for the new problems with my laptop.
