Arctic Circle is that one restaurant I need to eat at when I visit Utah. Their french fries are pretty darn amazing. They are made with Yukon Gold potatoes and are super delicious. Try the fry sauce. Seriously. You must! I know that it's just some combination of ketchup and mayo, but it really is a great complement to the golden, buttery fries.
They have somewhere in the neighborhood of 5,000,000 different flavors of milkshakes and malts here as well. Yum yum!
This particular restaurant is a bit dated on the inside, and the parking lot is a trial in patience... Not the most convenient location.
Overall, yay! -

I have to say, I didn't eat at this one, but one in Helena, MT which closed down.
5 stars for the french fries!
I was told the fries here are really good.. so I stopped by, and was very impressed. They are skinny fries, but very crisp. They were on par with some fries I've had at high end steakhouses for 5 times what they charge.
They were better than most if not all fast food joints down in the OC..
I didn't try the burgers..
I hope they open locations further south.. near me!! -

Best part about Arctic Circle is their shake flavor variety. Otherwise it is just a basic burger place with overpriced and undersized burgers. Food is okay, but definitely not my first choice.
