Frustration........ I pulled up, inserted my card to get gas. The card was approved but then nothing happened. I was unable to get gas from the pump; the electronics had apparently froze.
I went inside and told the "attendant" who told me that my card was rejected. I said that was false because I had just used it 20 minutes ago (and used it again 10 minutes after this encounter). I said why would the pump display say "approved" if it was declined? He reiterated "NOT APPROOOOOVED" with an angry look on his face like I was a dumb disobedient child.
I said "forget about it" and left and haven't been back since. -

I found this Arco using the GasBuddy mobile app. It's a bit of out of the way, but it was worth the trek.
When I went in yesterday, their gas was priced at $3.79, which is considerably lower than everywhere else around. Even the Irvine Costco's gas was $3.91!
I decided to pay cash inside to break a larger bill, and there was no queue. The woman behind the counter was super friendly, too.
Great gem of a place! -

Cheap gas so be ready to wait to get it during peak time. No outside atm/debit card terminal so you have to walk in to pay. Also, they wont take debit card cards after midnight. WTH?

The price of gas here is always well below the norm and the customer service is above and beyond. I always encounter big smiles and very helpful staff. I actually found this place with the Gas buddy app on my droid and this station for months has had the cheapest gas within a 20 mile radius.

this place is horrible!! the only reason why i visit here is the cheap gas.
customer service is non existent with this irani family run business. everytime i go in i try to purchase some almonds, when they try to scan it the computer rejects it. this has been happening for the past week. when i informed the clerk he held up his hands and shruged and said " do you want it or not there is a line" i then said how much is it and he came up with an arbitrary number like 2.00. which by the way is never more than 1.29 because i purchase these almonds everywhere.
it amazes me the amount of contempt business owners can have for people who come to support there business.
