It's conveniently located.  The pumps are slow, and the layout of the pumps are all-wrong.  There's no room to maneuver for inexperienced drivers who enter and just want to get out when they're busy.  Way too congested here during rush hours.

    Updating to add another 1-star.

After I pumped my gas (less crowded at night and it was on the way home), I went in with a CokeRewards coupon for a free Coke.  Even though it rang up at .05 (magically the price of a CRV) he not so kindly told me that it wasn't valid.

    Really?  I call BS.

Out of all of the Arco stations I've visited in the Bay Area, this is the dumpiest, dirtiest, most horrifically gross and under-maintained Arco station I've ever been to.

This place used to be a way overpriced Union 76 station, located directly across the street from another Union 76 station.  I always marveled about how two businesses of the same franchise could compete with one another.

One had to give way so this particular station went independent for a month and then turned into an Arco.  But somewhere between all of the conversions, no one ever thought to repaint and wash down the station.  They just hung an Arco sign in the front and opened for business.

The first thing that you notice when you go into this station is that not all of the credit card machines at the pumps are working.  Unlike some Arco stations, this station has a pay-at-the-pump feature for cards.  If you're lucky enough to find a pump with a working card machine, you'll have to wait for a few minutes while your card is being processed.  Not as fast as most stations.

The actually filling experience is frustratingly slow.  The pumps are old and it shows.  I spend two to three extra minutes per fill up at this station because of the slow pumps.

Normally, while I pump, I also like to clean my windshield.  But wait!  There's only one squeegee for the ENTIRE station.  Go figure.  Maybe more than one person would like to clean their windshield at a time.  And when you get that squeegee, the scrubbing pad is always missing the scrubber and the water is really dirty.  Like they haven't changed the water since the 1980s.  It resembles an unemptied spittoon.

When you finally make it to the end of the pumping process and you hang up your nozzle, the pump prompts you if you want a receipt.  But the pump itself has a dirty little secret.  It's never filled with a roll of receipt tape.  NEVER!  So you ALWAYS have to go inside and deal with the unhelpful cashiers at this station.

The ONLY reason I continue to go here is because they have the absolute cheapest gas in the area.

And for that...I give them their one and only star.  Bravo Arco for royally screwing up this station.

Then again just about every ARCO is a mess.
