How hard is it to keep the floor clean out next to the gas pump?
Take a little time to step out and rinse it off with a water hose once a week.
The floors are covered with sticky syrup from spilled sodas, spit and food. I HATE getting out of the car here. You have watch where you step or you are gonna track it back in your veh.
This place is just straight nasty... Oh and don't bother going to the bathroom here...If they have TP you are gonna have to use it to clean the PEE off of the toilet seat.. -

I purchase over $400 a month in gas and merchandise from Arco stations in So Cal. I have been a customer to this location for eleven years. I purchased gas, went inside to use the restroom, as I have over the years. There was an ambiguous sign stating: ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. Okay, what does that mean? Customer? Employees?????...What? I have never seen this sign before. I walk by the cash registers, the door was open, so I went in. I came out to and am confronted by a short angry female employee who spoke down to me indignantly... Condescendingly she continues ....customers have to use the bathroom outside. And then brashly locks the door while giving me the evil eye. OKAY? So I reply, "You don't have to be a bitch about." She was really rude. She could of just said this restroom is reserved for ____ next time please use the outside restroom - I would of been fine with that. But her attitude continued, so I told her, "You just lost a lot of business, I will not come back to this store." I spend thousands of dollars with Arco every year and employees should never talk to a customer like that.

Cashier wont shut up she takes forever to ring one person buyin gum shell yap yap yap n takes like 30 minites per person cheapest gas around and its cheaper than santa clarita I comute everyday to work and school from lancaster
