Amazing value! They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and did not try to sell me four layers of matting!
I have a print by local artist Cherie Hacker that I took Archival Framing at the Folsom Blvd location to get framed. Dee's approach was about showing the art. She has excellent aesthetic sensibility. Wasting no time, she very quickly provided several options that were each simple and appropriate to the art. I will go back to Archival Framing and specifically see her again in the future. -

It seems to me that everyone I know talks about how great this place is. The are known for their special framing price for all standard concert posters. I recently took 3 pictures in to get framed, all 3 of which are to be considered sacred band posters and/or paintings.
They have an incredible selection of mattes and framing options. I, of course, managed to pick one of the most expensive frames there.
However, they helped me keep the "look" of the expensive frame but found a less expensive alternative. He also threw in the non-glare glass for free because the total cost for all 3 was more than I wanted to pay. -

Kick-ass place to get your stuff framed without getting shiestered! D the owner is super down to earth and gives it to ya straight. The employees are all art lovers and most artists themselves. They use only quality materials and can have your order ready in a rush if need be. They stock "sale" moulding too, wich makes for quick turn around and great deals.
Oh! The best part is their art shows. Always good never inflated. Free free wine!
