We would highly recommend Tim Bogner for any work you need done on your home. He has done many jobs for us including replacing tile, insulating walls, and replacing wood trim. He does great work and is very good at communicating.

Tim Bogner started working for us as we prepared our house for sale. Since then (3 years ago) he has helped us remodel our new "old" house and keep it in working order. He has experience with older homes and was really useful identifying places where we could reclaim space and catch old parts before they failed (like old wiring). He is easy to work with, cleans up after his work (a rarity in contracting in my experience), and communicates daily as he works through a job. Plus he has a gorgeous puppy to play with our dog! A definite recommend!

I work for Midtown Realty and our office has been using Archania Construction for many years now. Tim Bogner, owner of Archania Construction, is an excellent contractor. We use him for most of our remodeling projects in our office. We recommend him to our clients for any of their own personal projects. He is our handy man for our property management business. There is literally nothing Tim cannot do. He is a licensed contractor, licensed electrician and he just has the magic touch for anything broken. We highly recommend using Archania Construction for any of your household and business need.
