We got married early April 2012, arch of Reno took all the stress away from planning a wedding. Everyone was extremely professional (limo driver lady at the front and the minister). It all went smoothly and on time. I will deffinatly recommend this place!

We had high hopes for this place after all the glowing reviews on here, and the fact that it was the highest rated out of all the chapels in Reno. My best friend was getting married (i was her maid of honor).

The good = they offer a limo to pick you up at your hotel and take you back, he was on-time and friendly! The minister gives a lovely ceremony, very heartfelt and does not feel "scripted" at all. It was beautiful!

The bad = They were over an hour behind and we even had an appointment. We had brought our own photographer and that time was basically burned because they told us our ceremony was going to be at 5, and it ended up not being until abou 6:15. We ended up only having a half hour to do pictures after the ceremony or else they would have had to pay the photographer more. This was EXTREMELY inconvenient and rude. They should have notified us that things were running late so we could have done pictures before. They were also rude to us when we voiced our concerns over the time. The "waiting area" is very small and you have to sit there with a ton of other people waiting to get married and their families, and the decor is very cheesy and outdated. I know they make bank off these ceremonies, maybe you could keep up with the wedding trends? During the ceremony part, the music played through half the minster's service, and then when we were all supposed to walk back down the aisle after there was no music! And their "photographer" kicked ours out of the room so she could take her pictures - which I've seen and are nothing special and the reason we had our own photographer, i could take better pictures with a disposable camera! She was also very rude to our photographer, saying she was "making her look bad".

Overall, the ceremony itself was beautiful which in the end is the important part, but the staff there is rude and treats you like they know everything about weddings.

Arch of Reno is a WONDERFUL choice for anyone looking to tie the knot in Reno! My husband and I got married here last summer, and they made the process so much less stressful than it could have been. They were soooo helpful and professional.

Their services were very affordable, and it wasn't the sleazy kind of wedding chapel that you see in funny movies. The room we got married in was lovely, the pastor was sincere and kind, and their limo service was excellent. The limo picked us up at our hotel, took us to get our marriage license, and then took us to the chapel. After we got married, they gave us a ride back to the hotel. This was very helpful for two out-of-towners!

They have photo packages available (as well as garters, bouquets, dress and tux rentals..), and even though we decided against buying one, the provided witness was generous enough to take pictures for us on our own camera.

I absolutely recommend Arch of Reno!!

It's where we got hitched. The ole' Arch of Reno, how we love thee. Everyone was as generous as they could be, and our priest was a really nice, funny man who gave us both some really great advise: take each day to remind the other how much you love 'em. Keep it fresh and interesting. And above all else, laugh together. And here we are, four years later, still laughing.

    (studio audience: "awwwwwwwwwwwww...")

Arch of Reno was very affordable and made you feel special. On-time limo service, kindness throughout, education, and diligence. I was able to rent a tux from them the day of which was great, and we purchased a nice picture package and DVD of our wedding for not a lot more.

I know marriage isn't for everyone, and in my opinion, shouldn't be made a mockery of. But if you are seriously tying the knot, and I mean for good, I strongly suggest AoR. Guys: it'll make her feel that much more special. Girls: it's not too girly to make him feel awkward.

My husband and I eloped here. He wanted an Elvis wedding; I just wanted to get married. We were planning to go to Vegas but Arch of Reno has an Elvis available to perform weddings. The Elvis package is $199, which is a steal considering what it includes: Elvis performing the ceremony, DVD video of ceremony, wedding photos, flowers.

We got married in the morning. The Arch of Reno limosine picked us up at our hotel. We arrived early so that I would have time to put on the gorgeous rented wedding dress (they have a huge selection).

The Elvis was exactly what we wanted. He was the older Elvis in the jumpsuit and played an acoustical guitar before, during, and after the ceremony. He was funny. We were laughing the whole time. The vows were awesome.

Afterward, we posed for the professional photographer. Elvis even joined us in a few pictures. The photos were even better than we were expecting!

Our wedding was perfect. Arch of Reno handled everything in a a professional efficient manner. I would recommend them to anyone. They offer an excellent service for an inexpensive price.

If you ever decide to get married in Reno Nevada, Arch of Reno Wedding  Chapel is your best choice.  I was a witness for both of friends wedding and I'm so proud that I found this place.  Please don't be thrown off by the store like entrance, their decorations inside are very simple, makes it look elegant and not cheap.  The staff are very sincere and they will help you in every way. The ceremony was delivered solemnly by the minister and it ends with a prayer if you like.  They have everything you need at such reasonable price.

My Husband and I just got married here a couple of days ago and the service was amazing! Our preacher was really nice and gave a great ceremony that was heart-felt and sincere and even a little funny. The women who worked there were also extremely friendly and super helpful. I am very pleased with choosing this chapel.Don't be thrown off by the store-front entrance, the decorations inside are nice and not in the least bit cheesy like some of the other nearby chapels. Also--the limo service was prompt and extremely affordable! I would definitely recommend this chapel!!

Want quick and easy?  Couldn't be easier.  Decided last minute to tie the knot; the Arch of Reno was prompt in email response, gave me the date and time I needed, AND a military discount.

The limo driver picked us up on time, took us to the courthouse to pick up the marriage license, and then whisked us back to the chapel.  The ceremony was brief and not religious, which is what we specifically asked for.  They cater to any request.

Total time from pick up to drop off: less than an hour.  No muss, no fuss!  Thanks, Arch of Reno.

Okay where do I start, my now husband and I decided that we were going to tie the knot in January so I looked up this chapel online and made reservations.  We arrived in Reno on March 15th and checked into our hotel. The limo for the chapel arrived on time and then the driver took us to the courthouse to obtain a marriage license. The driver then took us to the chapel and we began to look through the selection of rented tuxs and gowns  they had available.  I was having a hard time finding a dress that fit because my mind was telling me I was thinner that I actually am, but one of the members of the staff brought me a dress that was very beautiful and fit nicely.  So now it is time for the ceremony and the minister was very nice he gave us words of wisdom and made sure that we were ready for this big commitment.  Overall it was a very nice and classy place for people who want to get married but don't have a lot of money.
