Review from Laura B.
It took less than 10 minutes to have my watch battery changed. The people working here were friendly and explained what they were doing.
There is a 10% off check-in offer, too! -

This is a great place to take your watch for a battery replacement or repair.
I took my watch to Northgate Mall and initially I was going to pay someone at one of the kiosks in the center of the mall to replace my watch battery. I later decided against it after the watch repairman told me that she had never worked on my particular watch before. I then went to Macy's and someone at the watch department recommended that I went to Arc Watch Works.
The watch repairman at Arc Watch Works did a superb job of replacing my battery as well as checking to ensure my watch's water resistency was still intact. He also gave me a warranty after he was done servicing my watch.
Arc Watch Works had all the tools necessary to repair both lower end and higher end watchers. The watch repairman who helped me was very knowledgeable about my particular make watch as well as all of the other brands that are out there.
I had confidence in his work and he was able to anwer all of my questions. -

We found this business as we watch Northgate Mall change. We are watch collectors, and snooped in the first time and got a great welcome. We have gone there for the finickiest requests and have been greeted as if we were buying the most expensive thing in the shop.
The owner and his crew are always welcoming and fun. We have, numerous times stopped in just to say Hi, and we are always remembered.
The owner stops what he is doing (or as soon after he finishes with a previous customer), and just read more » chats with us about things other than watches. He always remembers we collect watches, and is ready to show us anything new or unusual he has in at the time.
He runs a great watch shop.

I love this place. Not only can you purchase quality time pieces, they can also fix your watch, reset the time (I go in every daylight savings time change), and replace watch bands with QUALITY materials and workmanship.
They couldn't be nicer.... -

Got my watch battery! Finally, I know what time it is.
My watch stopped a few weeks ago & I've been wearing it anyway.
The guy had the battery & saw that I needed a new watchband too.
He had a pretty good sense of humour about it & fixed it while I waited. So, coooool...I was in & outta there! -

I went in here to buy a watch that would look good with anything other than ultra-casual clothes. I had $500 and 15 minutes to accomplish that.
These guys were awesome. They had both a great sense for the kinds of watches I'd be interested in and were very sensitive to my need for speed. I am much happier with the watch than I expected given the amount of money and time I had to spend on buying one.
Great experience. -

This is a small independently operated business located in the mall that is not a chain store. The owner/manager, Sam, is a nice guy and a perfectionist. On behalf of my father, I took a laptop in to be engraved for my mother. The cost was $50.00 for an atypical item, $35 for the first 10 characters and $1.50 per each thereafter. I paid an extra $25.00 on top of that to have it done same day. Sam was patient, took his time, reviewed the pros and cons of the text placement, and then, when he wasn't entirely pleased with the depth and clarity of the engraving, spent an extra half an hour finessing it. I was not charged for the extra time and I was given a small break on the total number of engraved characters. Honest, fast, and kind service. His employee was very nice as well and brought out a toy for my two year old daughter to play with while we waited. I'm pleased with the final engraving and I know my mother is going to be very touched. Northgate is about twenty minutes out of my way, but if I ever need a watch part or engraving, I'll be driving that extra half hour.

I just went in there to have my watch resized after Nordstrom (who resizes for free!) did not have the proper tools to do it. Arc Watch Works wanted $30 and to keep it. I went to the independent watch and jewelry repair shop on the first floor of Macy's under the escalator and he fixed it on the spot for $6.57. Do not be fooled into overpaying here and being without your watch.
