I love to stop in at this Abby's"s as much as possible, there food is wounderful and any time i have a problem it is quickly fixed. the customer service is wonderful. i was a little unhappy by the way the manager had treated an employee because the employee was so help full to me and my family. i thought she had done a great job. The manager needs to take a chill pill, but besides that ARBYS is good mood food i give it 5 stars for great customer service and great food! keep up the good work...

I know Philly Cheesesteaks, and this isn't even on the same planet. It's Arbys meat like substance with peppers, onions, and cheese.
The reason I gave it one star.......

Another one of my occasional road trip to Vegas stops. Arby's is Arby's. Sometimes that is just what I am in the mood for. It's different than a hamburger and consistent throughout the chain. This particular location always has a happy crew. I didn't know that many folks could have a happy disposition in Kingman. Being a bit cold out I was able to find a seat in front of a window so the sun could warm my back. Be warned that this place is one of a few in Kingman that touring buses stop to let the passengers stretch their lags and get a bite to eat. I am sure I will stop here again.
