Nothing makes me madder then BAD customer service. When you are a manager I don't care if you have to jump thru 20 hoops to make someone happy. If their request is resonable DO IT!
Which brings me to this Arbys. I wanted a Roast Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich, which YES, I do realize is no longer on the menu. At first, the very sweet guy (the only reason I'm giving them any stars at all) was like "sure that's no problem I just need to figure out how to ring it up." Then his GM said "NO we can't make it anymore." This is where I start to get heated. Ok so you mean to tell me, you CAN NOT make a Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh (which by the way IS THE SAME THING, except the turkey of course) and SUB Roast Beef.
I'm sorry but I've worked in the food industry for a very LONG time. I know it can be done. The truth is, if this had ended the way it should have, no harm no foul, this review would be different.
And get this I ended up getting a Market Fresh I didn't even order, my dad did. I simply asked the GM to bag my Regular Roast Beef and Fries in a different bag because I was headed to work. She gave me my dads order and my dad my order.
The only good thing was my free fries (thanks to 4square) and the nice kid at the register. They are lucky I LOVE my Arbys and this is the ONLY one in the area otherwise I wouldn't be coming back.
