came in to use some gift cards i got from arby's corporate due to my burned sandwich experience.
the cashier said she was doing me the favor of accepting the vouchers. what?!?!? i explained to her that those were given to me by arby's corporate due to a bad experience at that very same restaurant. she had no answer.
i hate to bash this place as i love arby's but every time i walk in here its a let down. arby's corporate needs to send in some secret shoppers and straighten this place out. this location has plenty of potential as its something different to eat in fast food land.3 Previous Reviews: Show all »

I fear the Arby's base here in south florida is too weak, and we will one day lose such a great restaurant. Im always on the hunt for one, love this place, I still order the Super with cheddar, even though its no longer on the menu.

This Arby's has been here for a long time can use some updates in the decor. The sandwiches are always fresh and the fries are always hot and crispy. I personally like the new Roasted Chicken Club Sandwich very juicy. Also if you like they have Market Fresh sandwiched made on honey wheat bread the Roasted Turkey Swiss is very good. I like coming to Arby's for the great deals and coupons I get in the mail. Also it never packed with many people. During lunch the crowd does appear. The manager at this Arby's is very friendly and when I leave the restaurant I always ring the bell.
