Arbour Realty is fantastic. It became clear that they really care and take their role as a service provider to the next level. They're really support their clients and are attentive to their individual needs. I felt like they always listened to what was important to me and gave me options, even a few pleasant surprises. I know that when they take on a client they take in to account that client's needs and help them easily find the best home or offer for them. Not only are they my realtor, we have become good friends and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a home with the help of Adam at Arbour Realty. The time he spent with us was invaluable! I was gun shy and my husband was ready to pull the trigger, luckily Adam was there to alleviate the stress and almost mediate between our very different sides. We ended up finding the house of our dreams, but it was a foreclosure. Thank goodness Adam and the Arbour Realty team had the right knowledge to see it through without a hitch! We are grateful for their help!

Adam and his team have been great to work with in several real estate transactions. Everything seems to flow seamlessly. Adam is more concerned about clients having a positive experience than with securing a sale. This is a firm that has integrity and will do their best to help you find a property that meets your criteria.
Specialties
Taking time to research your real estate agent options on Yelp is a commendable step. Whether you are planning to buy, sell or both... it will likely be the largest financial transaction you will have ever made. It makes sense to find a trusted adviser who is going to protect your interests and provide you the most value.
Things you may want to look for:
1) How much experience does this realtor have in the market you would like to buy or sell a home?
2) Is the realtor a generalist or a specialist?
3) Has the realtor obtained any designations or additional education?
4) Is there anyone in place to help you if the realtor is busy, sick or on vacation?
