I lived here for about a year in a half.
PROS : Great location, close to Topanga Mall and surrounded by key stores/restaurants (BJs, Cheesecake Factory, Nordstrom Rack). The landscape is really lush and maintained constantly, pool area has new patio furniture and clean layout. There's also a small gym with a couple treadmills and ellipticals & a few basic machines. Also they have a tennis court.
CONS: Unfortunately, I had to live next to and under crazy people. Vacuuming at 3am, fighting matches with her boyfriend, what sounded to be vocal warmups (loudly) at random hours, techno music ALL NIGHT, and what became my favorite middle of the night alarm clock (during techno breaks) - video game shooting effects that shook my headboard. Icing on the cake, I wasn't allowed to have friends! Guest parking might as well be non-existent, about 10 spaces for the whole complex and unless you saved a spot by 5:30 pm you were pretty much screwed for the night.
