This email is the last straw for me from management. This is not a realistic request. Arbor Village isn't a bad neighborhood but management has become almost unbearable. My husband and I will not be renewing our lease

Our rating goes out Jack Degnan, he was our leasing consultant when we were applying to Arbor Village. On our tour of the grounds he was very upfront with the changes the team was making and amenities that were currently being fixed. We appreciated the feedback and he was more than willing to go out of his way to make the moving process easy and painless on our part. He's extremely personable and he cares a lot about his tenants. Happy that he started our experience with Arbor Village off on the right foot !

There are many things that "could be better" about Arbor Village, which is why I chose 2 stars. However, the one man maintenance team, Justin, has consistently shown 5 star service since his arrival. Most notably, he is personable and feels like a part of our community. This is very important to me, to know and to trust the person that has access to my apartment/home and that I see and interact with regularly. It provides a sense of security, too, as he is always visible, driving and working around the complex. The turn around time from when the work order was placed to completed was quick on getting my washing machine fixed.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Arbor Village is the absolute worst. The front desk staff members are always rude and so unorganized. You can call 20 times a day for assistance and they never answer the phone. If they do actually answer, they say they will do something and then never do it. I had to turn in my orders four different times, to multiple people, because the staff kept misplacing them. We are a military family who travels a lot, and this is by far the worst place we have ever rented from. I would not recommend arbor village to my worst enemy. Our experience has been a complete nightmare.

i came down to visit a friend & spectated the neighborhood it was very disgusting the stairways especially seems like they don't keep up with pressure washing every once in a while lots of trash & dog poop around the neighborhood

Our daughter was moving to Summerville for 10 weeks for her College practicum in Feb. we had rented a place on Airb&b and thought we had her set. When we showed up to that place it was an absolute dump. This was @2:00pm on Friday and we had to head back to Michigan on Sunday leaving our daughter in SC. As we were scrambling we found Arbor Village. Showed up there at 4:30 and moved my daughter in the next morning. Anna was absolutely FANTASTIC, there are not enough nice things I could say about her.
The entire stay was very enjoyable for my daughter and even the two trips I took there, everyone was friendly and helpful.
If there was ever a need to move back into this area I would look nowhere else. Apartment was great, staff was awesome. Lived here for just over two weeks now, the staff is amazing, apartments are clean and spacious, neighbors seem very friendly. One of the few apartments that allow German Shepards (with no negative history of course). Has this far been a very easy transition to "apartment life". Would recommend to anyone looking.

Called to ask about availability and office staff was incredibly rude!!! I spoke with Anna and then the "office manager" and they both acted like I was interrupting their day. They helped me decide that I will DEFINITELY NOT be looking there for a rental.

Beautiful community in a great area. The grounds are clean and well maintained​. I love the clubhouse and how cozy​ it feels, the ​gym is open 24/7 and the pool is big with a huge outdoor kitchen! I love working on the Apple iMac​ computers located in the clubhouse. I highly recommend​ this Apartment Community!
