The guys were awesome. Chris the Arborist was great. Price was fair and the crew comes in does the job quickly and cleans up after themselves.
Very safe and knowledgable.
They helped me out and allow me to sleep better at night knowing that I don't have to worry about my trees falling on power lines or people getting hit.
I also know who I'll call if I need any future work. I've already given their name to two people. -

They did a great job trimming and wind-sailing my huge fir trees. On time and efficient, very professional. They worked well as a team and looked like they were taking many safety precautions both to keep them safe and our property.
Our patio was cracked from a big branch falling and they came back out within 2 days to repair it.
I would definitely hire them again. -

I paid them up front and they never did the work, and never returned the money. I will probably have to complain through the credit card company. Dishonest and sleazy.

I am very happy with my Arbor Barber experience!
Estimator was friendly and gave me great detail when I asked questions about what they were going to do and why.
They actually did the tree service and removal of one tree and two bushes when I wasn't home. I came home and was thrilled at the job they did, but also because they left the area clean and clear of plant debris!
They delivered on timing and price!

Arbor Barber sent somebody to my house to do an estimate. It was quick and he was very nice, and he said he would email me a quote immediately so that I could schedule service.
The email never came. I called the office and nobody picked up the phone. I called the office a couple days later but nobody answered the phone, so I left a message requesting the estimate be emailed to me so that I could schedule service. Nobody called back.
I sent an email directly to the guy that came to my house, but I received no response. I called the office again, and nobody picked up the phone. I left another message explaining that I was having trouble getting a hold of anybody and that I needed to schedule service ASAP. Nobody ever called back. I sent another email directly to the guy explaining that I couldn't talk to anybody at the office and that I had left 2 messages and sent him a previous email.... no response at all.
Finally, after several weeks of not answering the phone or returning my emails, I received a short email explaining that they were too busy to schedule my service for anytime in the near future. That was it. I guess I'm just out of luck. I was extremely patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt for WEEKS because I had already purchased a coupon for service and really wanted them to come out because I had gone to the trouble of being home for the estimate already.

I bought my service through Groupon and didn't have any problems...although it might have helped that I waited a while to redeem it. But in my experience the staff was very courteous, knowledgable, friendly, and the work was well done.

The Arbor Barber gave a bid to my condo association. We had several bids and while the Arbor Barber's was not the cheapest, the owner came out and thouroughly explained what truly needed to be done versus things that could wait. He also explained that we did not have to pay until we were 100% satisfied. His crew came out and were efficient, friendly and left the job site very clean. We were very impressed and would recommend him to anyone who needs great service and good advice.
