Run do not hide from this company. They try to rob you without a gun. I had a minor AC problem and they tried to tell me that I needed an entire new system for $8,000.00. When I pressed the issue they backed off and said I could probably get away with only $4,000.00 worth of repairs. When I explaned further why that did not make sense they finally said that it could probably be fixed for about $900.00 but with no guarantees. I called in another company and they fixed the problem in 5 mintes with no new parts. It was a simple short in a wire that was not being used anyway. He asked me if anyone was working on the system before him and I wondered why? He said that it looked like the system was sabotaged and all the wiring was put back in the wrong spots and the system could never work the way it was now!! I called consumer protection in Putnam County and they informed me that Aqueduct was not even licensed to practice HVAC in Putnam!!! They also charged me over $200.00 to diagnose the problem that they created on purpose to try and sell me a new system!!!!!!!!!!

Before starting the business Daniel was working in NYC as a plumbing and heating technician. He started in the trade in 1967. He has been working in the trade you 44 years. He passes his knowledge onto his employees by using weekly meetings, educational sessions and being on the jobsite with his employees.
