We visit Aqua Blue on average once every two months as we live 40 minutes away. The food , atmosphere and service is consistently wonderful but tonight we finally had the lobster bisque and I've never put something so amazing in my mouth. I've had lobster bisque all around Atlanta and various other cities/countries...but never like what I had tongiht. You have to go just for this bowl if nothing else!

You'd never realize that Aqua Blue, located in the former "John Havard's Brew House" located next to the Wendy's, is one of the best restaurants in Roswell. The dining experience can be quite romantic, as several booths offer an intimate setting in the low lighting of the dining room. I had an excellent pork chop at this location, and my girlfriend went with salmon, which simply melted in your mouth. I wasn't too impressed with the calamari, but was willing to write that off to maybe just a bad batch. The staff is very attentive, but not to stalker levels. I think the best part of the Aqua Blue dining experience is people watching. This location is apparently a "social spot" for the 40+ crowd, and you will see some of the most amazing spectacles of fashion here. IE) 70 year old man with cowboy hat and a suit. Awesome. Go and check it out sometime, it's worth the price.

Always a good experience at Aqua Blue. Some of the best sushi outside of the city. Inviting, calm atmosphere (things get a little livelier after 10).
Highly recommended.

Quite excellent - what you pay is what you get.
Excellent dining experience, I think this restaurant has gotten better over the last 2-3 years (new chef?). Expect to spend $20-50 per person for dinner (not including the wine), but in this case it's worth it.
Atmosphere is upscale contemporary. Cool design, low lighting, and good outdoor seating if the weather permits. Good atmosphere in the bar as well. Not a place for a family dinner with kids, but a good choice for a date or even a business meeting. Definitely adult surroundings.
Service was excellent, consistent with the quality of food and the surroundings - prompt and attentive.
Sea bass is very good. Simple, yet flavorful, surrounded by a nice fish broth, and a touch of caviar added just the right amount of saltiness.
Tortellini with shrimp is excellent, shrimp is spiced just so and the sauce is creamy and delicious.
Appetizers are worth trying as well.

My wife and I have eaten there several times and we like it a lot. The fried calamari appetizer is awesome! They use some sort of chili sauce in the batter. (The sauce comes on the side if you do a carry out order, so eat in if you want the calamari.)
