Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came to Applebees as a British family on holiday. I can honestly say out of all the places we have eaten while being here, this is by far the best. The waiters were lovely! The most polite waiters we have had since being in America, very welcoming! Terrence was our waiter. He made sure our visit was perfect. I have a sesamee allergy and he made sure to talk me through what I could and couldn't have. The food was spot on and the deserts were Devine. Reasonably priced and if I lived here.... I would come every day!!!

Not sure what all the negative comments are about... we read before we came and were reluctant to come but since visiting can say the negative comments should be ignored!!

Still one of my favorite Applebee's! Service is quick and good, average. It has gotten cheaper but quality is still there. Employees are nice and amicable!

Our server was nice, and food was good. Fries were spot on, and they have a decent impossible burger. I usually get their pasta and wanted to try something new, and I'm glad I did.

I was not expecting much as I have not been to an Applebee's in probably 15 years, nor am I much of a chain restaurant type of person. we needed something quick and easy and this was located at the hotel we were staying in. We kept it safe and just ordered burgers and a chicken sandwich and everything was actually very good. The highlight of our meal was definitely the service. Our server Dale was friendly, attentive and very personable. Would come back just to hang with him for a couple of hours.

Would absolutely not recommend this location. I try my best to have a fair sense of quality service and understand operations can get busy- that said- this operation wasn't busy. It was slow, at best.

The breakfast staff- so kind, caring, considerate. In partnership with IHG to offer a warm/continental breakfast to hotel guests.

The night staff? Absolutely not. Theres an incredibly creepy guy that has white teeth and overly tanned skin.

He (the overly tanned white toothed man) mocked me multiple times when asking if there were any known dairy free options on the menu (due to food allergies).

He said "oh you don't have an allergy" and "what? You get some gas?". I was absolutely stunned someone would question the validity of a food allergy while speaking directly with a guest- esply while working in the food industry.

He called me "sweetheart" and told me to pay more (go to a different restaurant) if I wanted my allergies to be considered. I didn't understand what I was doing. He would stand at the edge of our table and stare. And when I would look up and ask "yes?" He laughed and said, "have I made you uncomfortable, yet?" Yes. Yes, you have.

He's so creepy. Afterwards I split the bill with my date and he charged me FOR BOTH BILLS.

He said "why can't he pay for both?" And then stated at me again. He stood in silence for nearly a minute. I said, please take care of our bill we'd like to leave. And he went to the register and from the register at the bar asked my date if he was "getting lucky tonight". And then creep is joy laughed and said "good luck with that one, she looks like a handful".

Absolutely repulsed. He's the type of person that likes a reaction. We quietly walked out. Left 18% and won't ever be back.

The high top - half booths are really neat. Had I not been so uncomfortable during the experience, I'd consider returning for the environment

Applebees, why on earth is this okay? Messed up our bills and complained that I requested info on dairy free options? I was simply curious. I just don't get it.

I think the food at Applebee's is pretty good, a bit better than the average sports bar. And the bar drinks menu is quite good. Prices are certainly reasonable.

We tried the Classic Combo appetizer, which was plenty of food for two as a complete lunch. The Perfect Margarita was actually quite perfect.

I think the low ratings for this place are because it probably gets busy with tourists at certain times and they get bogged down. But our weekday lunch was uncrowded and service was good.

Note that since this Applebee's is connected to a hotel it also serves breakfast from 6:30am.

I recently dined at this particular Applebee's, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired. While the service was acceptable, the food was disappointingly greasy, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal.

My visit to this Applebee's was underwhelming, with the food quality falling short of expectations and advertised deals not aligning with what was actually offered. While the service was decent, these factors made for a less-than-satisfying dining experience.

Breakfast buffet with kids through a hotel stay is the way to go. The buffet is $16.99+ tax ($18.09). The staff are super-- greeted and seated as soon as we arrive. The hot food is served except the waffles which you make yourself. Restaurant is clean and was already decorated for Christmas. Much better than the late night Saturday visit.

Awesome service. We were immediately seated and served by our excellent waiter , Paul. Food was great and service was quick.
Food was delicious. Everything was as ordered and good. This place was quite empty which made no sense because of how great it was!!! Will definitely visit again.

I'll start with a positive. This Applebee's smells good because it's connected to a hotel. With that being said, my experience with the service was awful. The server brought the wrong drinks. When taking my order, my server said what I ordered on the side does not match. It's not a server's business HOW the customer orders, just give the customer what they want. They took about 40 minutes just to bring Appetizers and they brought it with the food. Made no sense. Over all, the service was horrible and unpleasant and grilled chicken was bland. I would not recommend this Applebees, there are far better options.
