4 reviews for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar
The food was good.
The service...hmmm...we indicated we were in a hurry (we were going to catch a movie) and our waitress all but disappeared and we had to send another waitress out to find her.
I have been to this location twice in probably the past 2 months and was fairly happy with both visits.
The first time there me and my girlfriend shared the 2 for $20 deal, which was really worth it. They are a chain so you know what to expect with the food, but for that price it was pretty good.
The second time the waitress was a bit spacey. She seemed to not really know what was going on with some of the stuff we ordered. She told us because of her miscomunication before she didn't charge us for the dessert. When I looked at the check she not only charged us for the dessert but for a drink we didn't even order. It was a strange night
blech!!
Applebee's is the only chain restaurant in this immediate area, so they must do a good amount of business. That being said, I am definitely not a fan. I'm fairly picky and they barely have anything on their menu that I will eat. They don't even have filet mignon on the menu, practically everyone has that. I found the staff and cleanliness factor adequate. But if you are going to pay to go out to eat I'm not sure why anyone would choose Applebee's. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.
