Applebees is Applebees, yet some are executed better than others and this is a good one.
Went there yesterday for lunch. We were seated promptly and courteously. Rather than some teenybopper running ahead of us to our table we were escorted by an articulate young man who was actually quite friendly. We were tended to almost immediately and our drinks arrived quickly. My glass was never empty, we were routinely checked on. It was a happy service day.
The food is what it is. We did the 2 for $20. Food was just average - general Applebees fare. But it was the service that made this experience stellar. Restaurant was clean. Waitress was friendly. Food was prompt and decent. What more can ya want.
Also saw that they have good happy hour and late nite specials, might have to check that out. -

This, like many others, is your standard Applebee's restaurant. Still though, its a nice place to go for dinner and honestly one of the nicer places in town.
They also have a decent bar and bar staff available, not a bad place for after hours. -

I really like Apple Bee's..there are always some new items mixed in with the classics. The menu has many good choices (except I am disappointed a lack of vegetarian selections). Cheese quesidillas were good and friends' choices of "crispy orange chicken bowl" and "pecan crusted salad" were regulars for them.
Service was satisfactory.
