2nd review and they're still killin it! I mean c'mon look at these nails! Pedi put me to sleep and had me drooling! I had an acrylic fill and a top notch diamond pedicure. With all my black jewels it was only $140! THEE absolute best place for all your mani/pedi needs!

I frequent this plaza and it is near where I live so I thought I'd support a local nail salon business. I should've relied on the Yelp reviews and didn't take the risk. The lady with the medium length bob hair was very rude to me and talked to me like I was her little kid. I am a paying customer asking for her recommendation on the best method to fix my nails since I have a very dry skin around my right thumb and if it would be safe to do so. She called on 2 other colleagues and they were having a huddle around me on what to do. ( She don't have faith in herself to do the job? It isn't even a broken nail. It was dry skin from the weather that I was asking her if she could go around it). She was getting irritated with me for asking questions. I know Vietnamese accent can sound aggressive for some and I understand that because I am Asian too but the way she talked to me with a matching angry face did it for me I had to get up my chair and walked out the nail salon. The nerve of her to raise her voice at me. I am not giving them business if the first encounter is already rude.

If you need to feel relaxed and get treated with respect, go to another nail salon. My mistake, I did not Yelp this place first. The 3.5 stars is already being generous. This place has horrible business etiquette.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here because it was $5 cheaper than my usual place and it was closer to my house. Sometimes I get ingrown nails. Not too bad, I just like them to cut it a certain shape so it doesn't happen. She was very rough but I have a high pain tolerance and it felt fine. When I went to sleep that night I woke up in agony. It felt like little needles in my toes. I tried using hydrogen peroxide and polysporn and neosporin and soaking both My toes because they were infected. I did it for about a week and it didn't get better. I ended up having to go to urgent care because the infection ended up going into my tissue. After I took seven days of antibiotics.( Which I do not like to take medicine so this was even more disappointing). It wasn't all the way gone but there was no more pain. It's been 3 weeks now and it's still not back to normal. Just spend the extra $5 to go down the street. Don't be cheap like me because this is what happens.

First, I need to start this review off by saying my nails look great.

However, the pain I had to go through to get them is another story. In other words the nail tech was on a mission to cause as much pain before I actually said anything (which I didn't because I'm not a Karen) but that is not the real reason for a low review. I watched throughout my whole visit, the nail tech text on her phone instead of doing my nails. I understand responding to a text or call here and there, but to stop working on my nails to text and then repeat it over and over again. I am glad I didn't have anywhere to go after this.

For the first time in 20 years since I have been going to Apple nail, I will not be returning. That was such a long and painful experience.

This is my go to nail salon. Nina does the best nails. She's so efficient and good at what she does. They also offer waxing services. The massage chairs are a bonus. They do allow walk ins but it's better to make an appointment in advance. Their colors last for a really long time.

One of the best nail salons in Orange County! I strongly recommend this nail salon because everyone is super friendly and yet efficient. Prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons and most of the time they are not packed which is great! I have been coming here for a while and I love it.

So... Been here for a couple months.... Sometimes my nails last a week, sometimes one breaks within 24 hours. They LIFT tremendously. Here is the fungus under my nail and also a pic of the nails that popped off.. Been having my nails doone for 25 years and NEVER had fungus.

I'm saddened to leave a poor review but my final straw was pulled tonight. Sorry this is lengthy. I've been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience in all my years until this week. I made an appointment and from the minute I hung up was texted multiple times about changing the time. I then show up and in the parking lot receive a text if I can come 2 days later. I thought that was the point of making an appointment so who u want is available to do ur nails at the set time. I got pawned off on a new girl. I asked for a gel dip fill and she proceeded to over file and take all my nails off when that isn't what I wanted. She told me it was too late to turn back and I would have to start over. At the end I had nothing I wanted, nails all different lengths and bumpy but I didn't have time for her to start over. I paid $107 for a new set I didn't need and a pedicure. The same night I text the person I had an appointment with to complain how unhappy I was. With in the next 4 days 3 nails broke and I called to have them fixed. I was told come in at day 5. Made a new appointment. Was texted 6-7 times to change my set appointment again then to tell me it can't be done and I have to see the original person that did such a horrible job because she would not get paid to fix someone else's bad job. I told them I want these nails off and a refund if I couldn't have a new person do them. Entire time removing them they tried to get me to paint them. Told them no just want my money back. Handed me $25 and told me since I had them almost a week I had to pay half price. Slap in the face if u ask me. I told them I called the same night and again 3 days later and I will not accept half the money back. They argued but the owners wife came over and handed me my money back. I have loved this place for years but sadly will NEVER go back. My MIL SIL cousin and next door neighbor all go here too but not any longer. We will all be looking for a new place!

I LOVED this valentine set I got by Brian. He is the new owner of this salon and I followed him here from the previous salon he worked at. I can show him any picture and he can recreate it! I drive all the way from mission viejo to get my nails done by him. He perfects the shape and design every time. The ladies who do the pedicure are always great and the wait is never too long. My second time to this salon. In the same strip mall is WW where I come to weigh-in so I popped in after my weigh-in and asked if they had time for a manicure and to my surprise they did! Yay.
To be fair to all, al I wanted was an old fashion manicure which only cost $12 (great price). Nothing special and that is what I wanted and received. I could say she could have been a bit better on the massage and cuticles, but that's okay. Hey $12, what's a girl to do. Lol The salon is quite large and one whole side is windows which gives great light unless your eyes are super sensitive to light. It does get super bright inside. I put my sunglasses on this time around, but only because I was starting to feel a migraine coming on but not from the light, but a bad night sleep. Sighhh
Anyways, this second time I called at 9:10 (they open at 9 am) and asked if they could get me in (Friday) and they could as long as I could arrive within 20 min. No problem. Again just an ole' fashion manicure along with a pedicure. I had Lena and she was awesome!! Even only paying the $12, her massage was so much better and a bit longer. She also did a much better job on my cuticles, giving them more time then just pushing them back without any purpose.
Her pedicure was great along with the massage. She was kind and easy to understand. She didn't talk, talk, talk with her co-workers while tending to me. I don't like that especially during the massage times. One should be able to enjoy and relax not pm listen to constant chatter. Of course when she was polishing she started to chat but that was towards the end of my service. She shaped my natural nails just the way I like them and did a great polish on them. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back since it's so convenient for me. And you bet I'll ask for Lena.
