I was looking for a local, independent handyman and was delighted to find Patrick and all of his stellar reviews on Yelp!
He has been to our home on several occasions ranging from replacing our garbage disposal to changing several different faucets and installing some tricky new light fixtures, we have been over the moon with his work after every visit!
He's a delight as a person to have in your home, very personable and pleasant. I schedule all work pertaining to the home and I've gotten the impression from other handymen in the past hat they would rather be dealing with the man of the house, not so with Patrick.
He is our go to guy for anything we need done and I've recommended him to several friends and clients and will continue to do so. -

Thanks Patrick! I was looking for someone to do small things and am always worried they are too small l for someone to actually come out. I had 4 blinds installed and two dimmer switches. I'm SO grateful. I'm sure Patrick does larger jobs, but it's really hard to find someone to help you with the small stuff. Thanks Patrick! I recommend you to anyone looking to do a remodel to the things you or your husband just can't tackle on your own.

We had been struggling with our disposal for a couple months after installing a new one. You'd flip the switch and get a humming sound for a minute, then it would shut itself down. We called the manufacturer and even had another handyman in but no one could diagnose the problem. Finally we called Any Fix and Patrick came by. He initially struggled to figure out the problem as well, but systematically worked through what it could be until he figured it out and we now finally have a working disposal. Of course we later promptly threw chicken bones down there and broke it again. j/k.
Patrick showed up on time, was very pleasant to deal with, and was knowledgable about some other electrical questions we asked him about our old house. We'll definitely use him again the next time we have minor repairs/work to be done. -

I recently had granite countertops installed in my kitchen. Once the installation was complete I needed a plumber to come out and install the faucet, hook up water lines and drainage pipes. I did a quick search on Yelp that evening and found Any Fix was located right around the block from my condo in Evanston. I gave Patrick a call and he said he would be by the next morning. He said the job would take 2-3 hours. The next day Patrick showed up and got to work. He made a quick trip to Home Depot for some parts. Two hours later I had a working kitchen sink with proper drainage for the sink and dish washer. He didn't leave a mess and the area was clean. I was very impressed with his ability to get everything done in two hours and the price was reasonable. I even have him working on my next project to install a custom built pantry in my kitchen. Two thumbs up for Any Fix!

Small Businesses are the best when the principal is a good guy. This is a great example. I just needed my drain snaked out. He was here in less than 24 hours and the job was done before my wife got up in the morning. I told her the Drain Fairy did it! The price was low enough to put me out of the do-it-yourself business.

I had a ballast that went out in my kitchen ceiling light and called Anyfix. Patrick came by right away and gave me an estimate. The ballast I had was pretty uncommon so he told me my options and followed up the next day with info. on different parts, making it easier for me.
He was able to replace the fixture in under an hour (including a run to hardware store), and was conscious of not making a mess. Great job, efficient, and yay now I have working lights! -

After trying another no-show handyman who gave us the run-around, we called Any Fix Inc to see if they could come hang some heavy pictures and make some other repairs that we didn't know how to do. Patrick scheduled us right away and came over prepared for anything. Turns out I had wildly underestimated the number of jobs we needed done, but Patrick cheerfully stayed through lunch, more than half the day to get the job completed. He did good quality work and problem solving to help meet our requests. He doesn't know it yet, but we're about to call him up for Phase 2!

After unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow bathtub drain by myself, I searched Yelp and decided to give Any Fix a try. I'm glad I did. 1 1/2 hours after I called, my bathtub drain works better than ever. Patrick was prompt, courteous, and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use him for future projects and will recommend him to local friends.

Our Lincoln Park building had a serious problem with a failing, four-story deck and fence. Patrick, the owner/operator of AnyFix did a marvelous job on the rebuild! Working with him was effortless and seamless! He far superseded our expectations in his efforts and in the final outcome. He was totally professional, maintained a clean work environment, and when it was done, we did not have to do anything except write the check. He was customer-service oriented, prompt and time-efficient . He is totally trustworthy, a true craftsman and we highly recommend his service!
