LOVE this place!! Family owned, friendly folks. All sites shaded, very well kept. Pool, lots of play areas for kids. Bus service to all attractions and all of Williamsburg stops here. $1.50 gets you an all day bus pass and kids ride free.

Next to a train track. If that bothers you, it may be an issue. But, I love the clackity clack sound of a train and found it peacefully soothing. I also loved the nesting Robins and baby birds in the trees and on the playground equipment. Site #77 is next to a play area and it's like having a huge site with a private play area.

One of the best campgrounds I have stayed in!!
