In all honesty, I feel like this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is awesome, other times its just average.

On our last visit, she had a pink sauce that was fantastic. I decided to go out on a limb and try to tomato and basil pasta. It was awful. Tomatos barely cut up (read: quarter of the tomato pieces) loaded up with more garlic than this garlic lover could handle and barely a hit of basil. Again, we were sitting at the same table, ordered at the same time, and one dish was excellent, the other practically inedible.

The service was pleasant if a bit slow. The place was near empty,  but we still waited ten minutes before we were seated. Not sure why, but that was the case.

All-in-all, give it a try. Sometimes they hit a home run.

Aside from the really nice waitress, it was the worst place i have dined at in many years.

The decor looks like you just stepped into someones creepy basement where it looked like someone was just trowing globs of plaster on the ceiling to get it done quickly. It was dark, drab and in need of major renovations.

    The food:
    1. Fried Ravioli was ok, but hard to tell if it was fresh or frozen. Was the only thing that we finished on the table
    2. Salads with Italian dressing. They were all over-saturated with the dressing and topped with dried herbs that really set the flavor off in the wrong direction
    3. Linguine with meat sauce - Tasted like a jar of Ragu w/ canned mushrooms. Had a very odd flavor to it as well, like it was finished off w/ sage.
    4. Lasagna - very greasy and had that same weird taste w/ canned mushrooms littering the whole dish.
    5. Linguine with two meat balls - the meat balls were small, but mushy w/ no flavor. The sauce was nothing but tomato paste with now seasoning. Gross Gross Gross!
    6. Worst of all - Tomato, basil and garlic pasta - Had no flavor whatsoever other than garlic. It was basically inedible.

It was pretty apparent that the staff and owner knew how bad everything was based on how nothing was finished. At no point did anyone ask how anything was.

Bottom line, unless your crawling out of the desert and Walmart, Weinersnitzle, and all surrounding trashcans are closed, avoid this place at all costs.  I hate being this critical, but it was really just that bad.

UGH! We went here cuz a !#$( girlfriend said it was great.... yeah no wonder you still live in Bullhead.

Wasn't my cup of tea... the veal reminded me of very thin plain meatloaf that was drenched in vinegar with peas. Tomato sauce was just that... tomatoes with no flavor.

The stuffed rolls were ok but just overkill on grease. Seriously ugh... really wished I had just said ok to a 'chain' and told the friend's girlfriend to take a hike...

A nice Mom & Pop ran place - service is always good, but they can disappear sometimes when you need them (refill, check).
My husband always get the baked ziti with a chopped Italian sausage added, I am a fan of the pizza, stuffed garlic rolls, chicken Marsala & eggplant parmigiana, although the eggplant is sometimes super greasy. The salad is really yummy even though its basic (chopped romaine, tomato, shredded mozzarella) & the house dressing is a homemade Italian that is heavy with oil & vinegar & spices but is YUM nonetheless.

I have been dining at Antonucci's since 1997, when it was in its original location.  It now has a new location, much larger and have never had a complaint about the food or bar service.  I manage to dine there at least once or twice a month when I am in Bullhead City, usually 8 months out of the year!

Best italian in Bullhead. Gus meat sauce on any of the pasta is great. If you go you must try the stuffed pizza rolls appeatizers mmmm. The pizza always seams to come out a little under cooked so ask the to leave it in a little longer. All the pastas are great.
