Have been going here for years, and my mom gets delivery from here about once a week. It's standard, unpretentious italian fare-- everything is pretty delicious. When I came on Saturday, they had a lovely price fix-- 21 dollars for a salad, entree, and dessert, all of which came in hefty portions.
I had the rigatoni verona with grilled chicken which was DELICIOUS. The chicken bruschetta salad is also amazing and comes with the most flavorful dressing.
Take out and eat in are both delicious! Definitely try this place! -

Antonino's doesn't look like much from the outside and, if you're not paying attention, you could literally drive right past it. There is a small parking lot, though I'm not sure where one would park if the restaurant were filled with patrons.
The interior of the restaurant is quasi-upscale. Its very nice, there are many tables, and everything feels very warm and welcoming. Once you enter, to your left is a large pizza bar, with many specialty pies. As all of the waitstaff bustle around, you will be guided to your table and given a menu, which is very comprehensive. If you don't have a big appetite or you're here for lunch, Antonino offers small plates and lunch portions at a lower price than the full item costs.
Because I was, in fact, on my lunch break, I only ordered a salad and a slice. The salad was actually delicious and I probably could have gotten away with skipping the slice. I ordered bleu cheese dressing and, much to my surprise, Antonino's doesn't skimp. A nice, thick and chunky bleu cheese is tough to find! The fresh bread that Antonino's serves is amazing, soft and warm. Except what's up with the cold, hard butter? The slice was completely underwhelming. Nothing notable at all. Not bad, but not necessarily good, either.
The services was adequate, not outstanding but not lacking. I would definitely go back again and try some of their more authentic Italian dishes, because many other patrons were ordering meals that looked absolutely delicious.
Bon apetite! -

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. Restaurant wasn't too crowded. It had a nice family vibe.
Had the Calamari Arrabbiata and the Mussels Luciano for appetizers. Both were good, but I really enjoyed the calamari. The arrabbiata style plum tomato sauce was excellent.
For entree I tried the Fettuccine Alfredo which was very good.
This was a nice location for dinner. It wasn't as noisy as I expected it would be. Will definitely go back soon. -

I'm so disappointed to have to write a negative review of this place since their food is quite good, but I had such a terrible experience with them, that I feel I must share. I had ordered take-out from Antonino's several times. It ALWAYS took a very long time to arrive. That said, it was very tasty. So I kept ordering from them. Until recently... On a Friday night, I ordered a "family" size portion of Chicken Alla Vodka (my favorite) for a last-minute gathering with friends who were visiting Manhasset (since I didn't have time to cook). We waited AN HOUR AND A HALF(!) for the food to arrive! I had to call them twice to make sure that they hadn't forgotten! And if that wasn't bad enough, they brought the wrong order (an individual sized Chicken Alla Vodka instead of the family size)! I called the management and told them I needed it replaced immediately. They assured me that it would be there in 10 minutes. It took 15. And although they promised me that I wouldn't be charged for the family portion, I still was. The delivery guy didn't speak English, so when I asked him about it, he couldn't help me. I was SO frustrated and embarrassed. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again.

Very good food, consistently.
The salad dressing is the best! Every meal I have had here has been good. Can't really go wrong with the pizza, pasta or eggplant and chicken Parm.
Small dining area, can be noisy. -

Last Sunday, I stopped by Antonino's for a dinner with the family and even at 5:30PM, the restaurant was a full house with a slight wait. The restaurant is small with maybe only 30-40 seats but it was bustling and the food was exactly what I was looking for - solid pastas, good portion sizes and prices. We ordered the lasagna, pasta bolognese, linguini with white clam sauce (which was mediocre) and a side of broccoli (over done and under seasoned but you've got to get your daily veggies). The amount of food we received fed a family of four with no leftovers - and get this, we only spent $50! (including 18% gratuity)
Granted we aren't a family of huge eaters but we were starving after having to wait 45 minutes for the food so we stuffed ourselves quickly as soon as the plates hit the table.
The only downside to the overall evening was the extremely long wait for the food to come out though the staff was kind and apologetic.
Would definitely go back on a slower evening or not on an empty stomach. -

I am sorry but this had to be the worst so called Italian food I ever had. My wife and I always passed by and noticed it was crowded so we figured it must be good. What a mistake. If you think marinara should taste like it came from a jar from the 99 cent store, then this is the place for you. My marinara was slightly orange in color. My wife had ravioli that had cheese inside which was clumpy in texture. She hardly could find it since it was swimming in a so called meat sauce. I am shocked at all of the reviews and the line of people trying to get in. Believe me, I am not a food snob. I love small neighborhood places. I would have to say , I will never waste a penny in this place.

Had to admit, I never eat in there, just take out and delivery and lots of time, from office lunch party. But everything is good; they don't have anything I don't like. I have worked a few blocks from Antonio's for the past 5 years and with limited places to order from, I can probably cite their menu for you. Someone who works in my office and came from Italy eats 2 slices from here every day. I am not joking!!!
My most favorite is their eggplant rollatini, either meal on the pizza. I don't really eat pizza but I do like their pizza, especially the thin square one. Another favorite is penne ala vodka. It was so good that I never want to find out if they use bacon or prosciutto in the sauce. Since I don't eat pork. -

It's travesty that a good slice of pizza is so hard to find in Manhasset. The pizza here is far superior to Gino's, Villa Milano, and whatever Randazzo's/Billy Dee's/Brooklyn's pizza is calling itself these days. But this is far from an above average pizza joint. Antonino's is a full fledged first rate Italian restaurant. Here are a few of my favorites in no particular order: Lobster Ravioli, house salad and dressing(although a little thick, very zesty), calamari arrabbiata appetizer, seafood risotto, and the fried zucchini sticks appetizer... ok, now I know where I'm going to get lunch today.
Pros: Good pizza, good food, outside seating for those nice days, helpful staff.
Cons: Most awkward parking lot EVER. Unless you like backing out halfway blind into the busiest intersection in town I suggest parking on the street or in the lot up the hill. They also have sub par garlic knots that don't really taste like anything.
Go there, you won't be disappointed. -

Made a late night run to this quaint little spot as we were seeking some grub near our friends' house in Manhasset. They were not very busy although it was about 9 on a Monday night. We ordered the Penne with Marinara and Chicken Parma.
I felt the Marinara was decent but probably a little bland. Actually enjoyed the Chicken Parma. Light breading and nice salty flavor from the Prosciutto and Mozarella. Not spectacular but pretty solid for the price and convenience. -

We went to Antonino's after hearing about how great the food was from friends of ours who live in the Manhasset area. We are a few towns over. It was definitely worth the drive. Food was fantastic. Eggplant rollatini was delicious! Our 2 children had pizza and loved it. All the salads looked so good. I got the special house salad with this amazing dressing they have. Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was b/c of parking. -

We enjoyed a lovely restaurant experience in Dec at Antoninos & the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Upon our arrival, we informed the staff of our child's has peanut allergy. The owner came to our table as soon as we were settled in our seats to reassure us that he would personally make whatever we wanted our child to eat and ensure it was free of peanuts and cross-contamination. It was an enjoyable dinner for all of us.

As the name suggests, this is italian cuisine but well americanized.
This is a pricey lunch place, but the cooking is above average. Often, companies would offer to take us out or order in from somewhere. When I have to choose where I want to be taken out to lunch to, I would choose here. The price is too high for the level of food quality if I have to pay for if I should pay for myself. The pricing goes the same for dinner.
I still enjoyed eating there and the delivery is very reliable.
Pros:
Quick. Close to my work place. Above average lunch. Quick and speedy delivery.
Cons:
Pricey (as most things in Manhasset). Limited seating. -

Love the linguini with white clam sauce. The kids love their pizza. The chicken bruschetta is always tasty. We cater from them every Christmas.

Wonderful!!! My chicken parm was really quite tasty and the individual portion fed myself and two kids! The "small" Caesar fed the family of four... Yummy! Hubbie's chicken conti was light and packed with flavor. Daughter's pesto was pretty good as well! Sides of spaghetti were fresh and perfectly sized. The cannoli was crunchy and delish! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Came here with the family this past Saturday for dinner and had a great experience so decided to Yelp about it. First off, we have a baby so were very happy that they have valet parking.Fresh, authentic food from and very accommodating service.

I stopped in after shopping at Macy's it was Saturday afternoon, late and it was already pretty busy. We waited a few minutes for a table, and it was so worth it we had the Cesar salad and rice ball for apps, then shared a chicken special and pasta dish for entree everything was fresh and hot. The staff was attentive and friendly, and didn't hover . The wine list was updated and complimented the menu. All in all everything was just great. This place is a gem. I live nearby, on the queens border and will be back.

I have never eaten here but I have had it delivered on numerous occasions. Their pizza, salads, and heroes are all good. I even liked their stuffed artichoke which is really surprising for a place that delivers.
I would definitely order or eat here when you want to go to a pizza place that is two notches above the rest. -

I had my company christmas luncheon at Antoninos this week , and it everything was great. The food , service, ambiance = perfection. We had everything - salads, pastas, pizzas, chicken and all was fresh, hot and delicous!! The wine and desserts topped off the perfection. The management was on top of everything to make sure we were satisfied. . Everything came out on time and was hot out of the oven!! They decorated so nice, when we were leaving it was getting dark, the the lights and trees and wreathes looked like a christmas card!! Thank you for making our holidays special... Kudos to the staff and management at Antoninos!!

it's a travesty for this place to get such a poor rating. i've eaten in house probably 8 times, ordered take out another 5 and had it innumberablely at the hospital. always tasty, always great, never been disappointed. EVER
their lasagna is mmmm mmmm good, both veg and meat (prob my fav dish on the menu). chicken dishes are all solid: marsala, bruschetta, conte and parm. i've had one or two of the veal dishes which were also succulent. and in terms of value (huge size, meaningful price) you can't go wrong with a hero. ANY hero. the pizzas are also pretty good but as you can tell, i've find many other things on the menu to keep me interested. they also engage in BYOB for your benefit. -

This restaurant is beyond expectations when it comes to traditional Italian food. Everything that they make there is just amazing, I live in the ares so I eat there quite a lot and I have never been disappointed. If you love Italian I highly recommend this restaurant

Great Italian food with good service. I've never had a bad meal here. The pasta dishes are a good size and prepared well. The fish is fresh. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size. It's a shoebox and if you get at a table by the door be prepared for a killer draft in the winter.

This place is pretty small and on a weird place on Northern. However, I agree that it has great cooking. I would suggest going there if you want Italian.

Not bad. The lunch specials are a good deal. Parking lot is super stupid. For lunch this place is great. For dinner I'd try something with more variety.

My husband and I savor the food here at least 2x/month. The meals are freshly prepared with great care. I have asked them to adapt their recipes to meet my special dietary needs, they do this happily. It's a very homey, warm and hospitable atmosphere. Their bread is terrific, warm, right out of the oven and their salad dressing is also, OMG. As you can see, no detail is forgotten. I love their personal size pizza (for at least 2 if not more) when I am in the mood for let's just say, pizza. I just brought my sister and brother-in-law there to thank them for helping me out on an important project. They loved it too. It's like eating at a bistro in the city. I give them A+ for bringing such high quality to the Island.
