I'm a huge fan of the store. It remains one of the few places in the bay area that offers a variety of Antiques. There are 100 year old antiques and some fun and stylish Mid-Century furnishings as well.
The dealers are always in there cleaning their booths and restocking the merchandise. I always enjoy the seasonal decorations in the booths.
All in all, this is a great store if you're looking for Antique Oak, Art Glass, Art Pottery, Heywood Wakefield, Art Deco furniture, and more. -

loved this place, great items and great people. Such a wide array of unique items. I love going in places that I can look around in for a while. this is one of them. such amazing finds. Cant wait to go back!

This has replaced the old "Trove" shop as the best antique store in San Carlos - and one of the best in the Bay Area. There's way too much furniture here for my blood, and prices are definitely at a premium. But I really appreciate that they actually have "real" antiques here - high quality loot that's at least fifty years old, instead of all of the decorative and collectible crap you find at most of these "antique" malls.

This store seems to have a decent amount of actual antiques rather than the "collectible" junk you find in a lot of antique stores. Most booths were pretty expensive but I was able to find a few sellers that had reasonably priced items. It was also nice to be able to shop without being followed around the store-I hate that! The store is bigger than it looks from the outside. Since Antique Trove is gone this is probably your best bet for a few hours of antique browsing

This place always carries an impressive collection of antiques and collectibles. High quality items and neatly organized and not overwhelmingly packed with "junk" as with so many other antique stores. You'll find a wide range of era's here from art deco to shabby chic and everything else. I only wish this store was located in the east bay.

I love this place, and have been buying furniture here for over 8 years. As a matter of fact, there is not one room in my house without 2 pieces or more from Antiques unlimited!
As for the middle aged dark hair man in the front (his name is Greg by the way), he has become a good friend over time, is always welcoming with a smile, and will find pieces for me on request, so my experience is completely the opposite from maddie s.
As far as pricing, I think they are more than fair, especially during the twice a year sale. -

It is so hard to find a true antique store anymore. Antiques Unlimited has great merchandise in wonderful condition. The diversity of periods and variety is fantastic. Where else can you find 19th century furniture, vintage police boxes, year-round christmas, and art glass in one store! I never fail to find some wonderful treasure. The owner makes sure everything is in excellent condition and is so helpful with deliveries. There are always knowledgeable dealers on site who are really willing to help! Folks are really friendly and not standoffish, not like other reviewer's experience. Treat yourself to a good browse next time you are in San Carlos.
