My favorite pedi in RSM. Clean, quiet and a good pedicure. Went today and got a 10 minute shoulder massage added; all I can say is wow! For $10, what a great massage! It's in a grocery store strip mall so sometimes parking can be crowded but it's usually not too much of a problem.

What a joke! I have been going to this salon for over one year. The owner, Christina used to be there daily to oversee the business and ensure that things were running smoothly. And so there could be an English speaking person on the premises. Christina only had one nail tech that could apply pink & white manicure. . I haven't seen the owner in almost one year. Hence, leaving only one person that could barley speak English which was the same gal that did the pink & white manicures. She was the only nail tech working all day every day. People would wander through for the random pedicure, however, it was mostly Jodi working the whole day. She too is now gone-MIA, AWOL, never to return. . So now, there is no longer a nail tech to apply pink & white. The rest of the gals spend their day's slurping and I mean slurping their food or watching Asian TV. Or, sleeping in the pedi chairs. No one in their right mind would go here-ever again. If the owner doesn't care about. clients, why should anyone want to give her their business. The most unprofessional shop I've ever encountered. Christiana, alleged owner, has no business calling this place a business nor have the audacity to charge people for services she cannot offer.

I'm bummed that this salon has gone down hill in the last couple months since a change in ownership. The technicians talk amongst themselves, are monitored by video camera, are sloppy and slow. I've continued to try them when in town (have been maybe 4 times in the last six months) and the service and quality have gradually fallen by the wayside. My family and I have moved salons. It's a shame, we used to really like it here.
The one exception to this salon is Anne. My mom continues to make appointments to see her for quality and good customer service.Listed in: The Hometown List

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Horrible Customer Service
called the day before to book 2 pedicures and 1 manicure with jodi and julie. showed up on time for appointment but forced to wait over 15 minutes for them to finish other clients. average pedicure completed under an hour ($40 for both) and when time for manicure to begin, told that neither jodi nor julie could do it and instead some random guy working there was suggested to do the manicure.
isn't the whole point of calling ahead to make an appointment so that you are guaranteed to have your nails done at the time AND by the person you want??? left without the manicure and completely disappointed in the service there. will not return, there are too many other salons in the area who treat you like they actually care about you as a customer -

I would have given this place 5 stars about a year ago, but, it is just not the same anymore. Every time I go in after work, they seem to start cleaning as though they are trying to tell you, "we are closing" and use pinesol and totally ruin the relaxing moment I am trying to have -come to find out they are still open for another hour. I just find that rude. Save the pinesol cleaning for after you close. Maybe it would be a better expierence during the day, I dunno. I used to tell everyone to come here, but I no longer recommend it to anyone. It's kinda sad.

the management has certainly changed. I went here tonight and didn't even leave a tip. It was awful. The guy who did my pedi was a jerk and the gal who did my mani spoke vietnamese the whole time to someone else and barely even looked at what she was doing. I will never go back.... don't waste your time or your money. If you are looking for a relaxing mani/pedi experience this is not the place. Its really a shame it used to be great. I would have given it no stars if i had the option.

The nail tech Yvonne is loud, obnoxious, potty mouth bitch. She's does a terrible job and yacks way too much. She should concentrate on her work and customer service. She's is one of the worse nail techs that I've ever seen. She does a sloppy job, is just plain rude, and talks too loud.

Found this place tonight after moving here a few months ago. It was great. Had the best foot massage ever. The girl in the front was so nice as well as the rest of the staff. Its within walking distance to my house so thats a plus. They have great convenient hours too. I echo the other posters sentiments, If you live in the area you must check this place out.
