We finally got my favorite store in Memphis!! I love Anthropologie and have been to their stores in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, St Louis etc etc, but never in my home town. I have shopped them online for years but have have only recently been able to actually go to a store.
I can always find a cute statement piece here- perfect shirt for a special occasion, a dress for a wedding or a really cute trendy piece for a new season. They have great accessories and home goods. The place smells so good right when you walk in and this location is spacious and well organized.
My first stop is always the clearance section in the back of the store and they have great sales. The sales and selection are also good online. -

Anthropologie was one of my favorite stores in Chicago, I was ever so excited to see that they have a newly acquired location in Germantown. Yes, it is expensive, yet I have never had any problems with shelling out my hard earned dough for something I have found inside the confines of this store.
They have the best selection of clothing, jewelry, hats and home goods. My favorite by far is, of course, the jewelry. The pieces I find here are so gorgeous I always find myself picking them up and taking in all the intricacies. They are like individual art pieces to hang upon your limbs. No two pieces are alike, and I love that. I also love that these pieces are forever receiving compliments.
Hats are another guilty pleasure of mine. In winter months you'd be hard pressed to find me without some sort of fashion adorning my head. Anthropologie has every type imaginable with feathers, bows, beads and everything under the kitchen sink. They are just as gorgeous as the jewelry. I love that they are "loud" yet very humble all at the same time. They definitely make a statement and I can always find one to perfectly compliment something in my wardrobe.
The clothing here is beyond gorgeous. I love their dresses. They are very retro meets hippy-chick. I've noticed them gearing more towards toe 50s "Mad Men" type styles, and you'll hear no complaints from this girl on that. I love the 50s and I have been wishing with all my might for quite some time that the fashions of that decade would come back in style.
Like I stated before, Anthropologie is expensive, but everything here is high quality and the odds that you are going to run into someone wearing the same thing are pretty slim to none. I've been purchasing from here for years now and have never run into anyone wearing my same outfit, hat, purse or necklace.
