I just LOVE their pizza!  Their calzones and cannoli's are über delicious too!  I eat here once or twice a week lately.  Although, I don't like many of the other items on the menu and they don't offer wi-fi, so I never hang out and eat there because I can't do any work.  So, not having Internets and my dislike of other menu offerings is the only reason I give 4 stars.

Delicious pizza. We order from Anthony's II about twice a month. It's always fresh and yummy. It's the closest we've found to our favorite place in NYC, and if you get the XL, you can easily fold your slices! This pizza is best with one or two toppings. We usually go with Pepperoni or italian sausage. Delivery is always on time and the pizza is always hot.

The pasta leaves a little to be desired. Sometimes reminds me of cafeteria or buffet food. My bf loves their eggplant parm. And we don't get the side salad - there's not much to it.

This place is middle of the road.  My girlfriend and I went because of the close proximity to our apartment and while I wasn't dazzled, I wasn't disappointed either.

She got the chicken alfredo and said it was a bit better than decent.  We'll say B-.  I got a calzone and it was about the same.  Not the best in the world but it wasn't a huge letdown.  B-.  The decor is lacking here, its fast food with a mama mia twist.  Tables are all hard plastic, chairs typical vinyl padded fare, etc...  The service was also middling, nothing outstanding.  We had to repeat our order for the cashier, which isn't a big deal, but it was a little strange since it looked like she was typing it all in while we said it.

I'm interested to try their pizza at some point, but other than that I don't think I'll be giving this place another go.  It just wasn't memorable at all.

YUCK!  The food tasted bad, was too expensive, and the water and ice in the soda area was horrible.  We had spaghetti and meatballs and eggplant oarmesan.  One of the worst meals of any kind that I have ever had!  Our first time is our last time.  Pizza may be another story, but please skip it for other non-pizza foods or drinks.

SIZE MATTERS!!!  Well, maybe not for everything... but definitely for pizza.  We ordered a medium pizza which was advertised as 12" and found out that it was only 8" in diameter.  We were assured twice that it was the correct size.  Being the techie that I am, I came home and measured the pizza box, it was only 10".  Rip offs!  Increase the price, do what you must, but don't think people don't know the difference between 8 and 12 inches!

The crust was awful and pizza was too salty.  I'm not a big fan of chains, but you maybe less disappointed ordering from your favorite one.

Also, this place is not affiliated with the awesome Anthony's Pizza of Denver.  They maybe getting some traffic because of the confusion, but the quality doesn't compare!

Finally, I had a craving, and it was fulfilled.

So I absolutely had to have a calzone.  So I called Anthony's II up, I ordered a Calzone for me, one for the wife, and an order of wings.  The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, it was hot, and the delivery guy had a great sense of humor.

Then came the moment of truth.  The Calzone was a good size, and perfectly filled.  (You know, not a lot of empty space inside a big dough pocket.) The dipping sauce was not only flavorful, but there was enough for the whole calzone.  Nothing worse than running out of sauce before you run out of calzone.  A top notch calzone, filled with mozzarella and ricotta cheese, and an endless list of items to stuff inside.

The wings, were not a poor imitation, and had the type of sauce you could smell before the delivery guy had even handed them to me.  Now I'm not a wing expert, but I do know what I like.  And these... I liked.  Full flavor, just enough bite, and big meaty drumsticks and wings.

As I sat back, satisfied and happy, I told my wife to put their menu in a place where I can find it.  They have so much I need to try, pizza, baked rolls stuffed with pepperoni, veggies, or chicken, homemade ribs, and oven baked sub sandwiches.  (And anyone who's read my reviews knows I like my subs... so I anxiously await trying them.)

Not to mention the endless combination of Canolis and Calzones.  (yes they serve both, how cool is that?)

I've ordered from Anthony's II a couple times.  Ordering by phone is smooth and the staff has always been helpful.  Delivery shows up on time with hot food.

Their pizza is excellent.  This last time I got a double-dough Anthony's special which is the equivalent of a supreme pizza.  All the toppings tasted fresh and the crust has a good hint of garlic.

Hot chicken wings have decent heat and a nice tang to them.  Definitely better than the soggy wings served at some pizza places.

The cheese ravioli is delicious and tastes like home cooking.

Can't comment on the ribs, calzones, and subs yet..  A good Mom and Pop pizza experience.

Stopped and picked up a take & bake cheese pizza tonite - a much better alternative to your standard Pape Murphy's - it cooked up light and ooey-gooey cheesey, just what I was craving!  I'm not sure if the other Anthony's have this on the menu.  My only suggestion is if they can get the crust a bit thinner?  But that isn't a deal-breaker for me - I would definitely go back for a pie that bakes to perfection at home!

This was my second try hoping that we had an abnormal experience before... No, I am sad to say. The owner even gave us a free pizza so we would try it again. Ordered a large Canadian bacon and pineapple. Large mind you had 19 pineapple on it. So let me break this down that's about 2 pineapples each piece with a bonus or two. Very chinsy with toppings. The taste was ok, definitely will go to our old delivery place next time. The absolute worse part was our second pizza- we ordered a large  pizza Bianca. The menu states:Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, pepper, and black olives. Ok. Not one single black olive and it was loaded with pine nuts. Seriously how weird is that? Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Good, good pizza, family run and for sure a good place to eat. Support the community locally by stopping by, you won't be wasting your time. Only small complaint a little greasy, but hey what pizza isn't right........?

I mat have to try it again. I went once and the pizza I had resembled a frozen totinos pizza. Not good. The ambience was also severly lacking. I felt like I was in a cheap fast food place with food to match.

So I thought they were Anthony's Pizza  who is a fav of mine but I was picking up the pizza and I thought well... my mistake I'll try them out. So I go to pay for the pizza and ask them to see the pie first. I ordered their "large" Anthony's Pizza. Was supposed to have sausage, mushroom, pepperoni, olives, green peppers and onions. The pizza was small. I know 16" and it was 14" at that. I looked at the pie. It barely had any toppings. I looked at the guy and then looked at the pie. My exact words were "That looks kinda crappy." There was barely any cheese and it didn't smell like pizza. I couldn't help but take my 20 bucks somewhere else. I don't know if anyone else is picky about there pizza but I went from there straight to my local Anthony's cause I am not against trying new things but my dollar goes farther for quality pizza there. Just a note. I do not own, work or gain anything by leaving this comment. I just think if a place is going to have a similar name to another pizza company in town they need to at least know what they are competing with. Thanks... hope this helps. - My advice... check your pizza before you pay for it.

We ate here a while back with our kids and the experience was just "OK".  We ordered 2 pizzas expecting to feed the whole family and ended up having to order a third.  We are used to the pizzas we have ordered at other Anthonys locations and the pizzas here were substantially smaller.  Sad to say, we probably wouldn't visit this location again...not the same as the other Anthonys.  Pizza was still good though..
