I love their bras very expensive but they're worth it they measure you for the right fit bras and swimming suits I bought two one strapless and one with straps and I love them

Horrible service, old styles. They sell you what they want you to wear, not your style. Pricing is incorrect on tags

BETTY was such a delight she made me feel like part of family. She was very helpful in my fitting and finding exactly what kind of bra I was looking. I will definitely go back in my 6 months.

I went to this bra shop to return a defective bra they sold me. After 15 minutes of her talking to the manager back and forth. No return or exchange. They recommended I could call the manufacturer or drive to chesterfield to talk to a manager. I could do these things as the customer.
Bad customer service. I highly recommend to stay away and buy only from companies that support the products they sell. These people don't back their products. So I'm out 50.00 but I will tell everyone I know not to go here or you will be ripped off. Your choice.

Thought I'd give this location a whirl since I needed a specific brand/size.

1.) They didn't have many choices in my size and I'm not an unusual size. 2.) Not one but two sales ladies were rude and for no particular reason. This happened within 5 minutes of me walking in.

They need serious training in customer service especially since they weren't that busy.

The other location, in Chesterfield, isn't any better as far customer service/rudeness. I'd given this place a chance because it's local but they lost my business. I can go anywhere online to order what I need. Don't bother... if you need a special size... go to Nordstrom. They're the same price.

Had a great experience! I was taken in quickly to be fitted and helped. Kathy (I hope that was her name at the Wentzville store today) was very nice and super helpful. She made sure I was happy and had the best product. I'm so glad I went in. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Purchased a panache bra from Ann's bra shop Chesterfield May 17, 2019 for $76.12. August 12, 2019 I contacted the Panache company because the underwire popped out the front underarm side of the bra. I was advised to contact Ann's bra shop as I did not purchase directly from Panache. Today, I called Ann's Bra Shop and was told I was welcome to bring the bra in but they could make no guarantee on a replacement/exchange/refund. Spending close to $80 on ONE bra and only wearing it a handful of times and having it less than 3 months should be a "we are happy to make this right, our products are meant to last". Don't waste your money or time with Ann's.

Ok, a forewarning...chances are, there will be a woman at this bra shop that will feel you up...not in the traditional sense of course, but trust me, it will happen, because apparently, none of us are wearing our bras correctly...but afterwards, you will be glad this happened to you....because finally everything will be sitting the way it should.

Aside from that, this little bra shop, is just fantastic. There is not a size they don't have, they have every style you could want from plain to racy, and every woman that works here knows exactly what she is doing, is more than willing to measure you, and will find you the exact bra you need for your body type.

The prices are high, but you are paying for a service that quite frankly, you won't get at Macy's or Victoria's Secret...not to mention, you will find sizes you will never find at either of these establishments. Oh, and if you buy a bra here and love it then leave town, no worries. They keep your name, brand, size, and style logged in the computer and you can mail order anything you want on the cheap to any city you want. Trust me, nothing will make you happier (or feel more slightly uncomfortable) than opening your new bra at the post office....it always makes for a good Saturday morning laugh.
