I have been bringing all four of my cats to Animal Medical Center for 8 yrs. now. I can highly recommend the caring attitude, superb treatments, and sensitivity of the doctors and reception staff. Also, 10% discount on multiple pets!

There's a doctor or two that knows what they're doing, but when my dog went to this facility to get neutered he came home looking like he got a back alley operation. I took my first dog to a vet on Wolf Road and he came home without any swelling or redness, and didn't have to go back to get any stitches removed. Animal medical center did not give me any options for the surgery, including what type of sutures I wanted. My dog looks like he still has one testicle because of the amount of swelling, and he looks like he has 3 zip ties on his shaft barely holding the incision they made together. It cost the same amount for both places too, so it's not that I got what I paid for.

Fabulous facility. The doctors are friendly and thorough. The receptionists are very helpful. My dogs have been going here for years!

I have taken my 3 dogs to this center for over 15 years. I must start by saying that the doctors here are great; if you can withstand the completely unprofessional front desk receptionists. They really are about the WORST receptionists I have encountered at ANY medical office. I have had countless problems with them ( too many to list!). They've given me the wrong prescriptions, messed up paperwork and even given me the wrong county tags for my dogs. They are never apologetic about their mistakes, and have complete attitude ( including slamming down paperwork on the desk when a request to correct their mistake is made!). It's becoming more and more clear most of them are not trained well in how to deal with the public at all! If the doctors were not so great, I would without doubt find a new place to take my dogs. I'd give the doctors five stars if I could. But the desk help? not even one star!!
