They have been so accommodating to me and my puppy! It was quite the transition for him and Animal House was so willing to be patient and work with me and Bailey. Lisel is my dog walker and she really is the best thing to happen to us since we moved! Bailey LOVES her! Bailey also LOVES her fill in, Victoria. They didn't take it personal when bailey was still getting used to them and would bark at them when they came in. They call me or text me every day and let me know how things went & Lisel even leaves me notes!
On the accounting side, the system is very easy to use and you receive e-mails for every bill. I know exactly what I'm spending. Laurel is very accommodating when it comes to getting in last minute walks and she really knows her clients. I've already recommended them to someone else and don't plan on using anyone else! -

They are by far the best pet sitting and dog walking service I've used. My dogs adore Laurel, and Laurel is extraordinarily trustworthy and kind.
Really, you won't be disappointed with Animal House. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon them. -

Victoria was a great walker for my recently rescued Golden Retriever. She texted me after each walk to set my mind at ease.
Laurel, the owner, was helpful and friendly on the phone and via email.
Their online scheduling system works well. -

I randomly stumbled upon Animal House on Craig'slist and I was a little nervous about it but now feel lucky to have found them!! Laurel and her team genuinely care about their 4 legged clients and treat them as their own. My dogs were always much happier on the days they got their walks, and I was happier knowing they weren't cooped up in the house all day. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and Laurel was almost as upset as I was, which was really touching. It showed me that this isn't just a business to her, she does it because she genuinely loves it. That's a rarity to find these days and I am glad that I did!

Laurel Corcoran (Head of the House) started Animal House Pet Care LA in 2003 when she realized the need for quality professional pet care in her local community. Growing up surrounded by various pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters, birds and rabbits, moving into the pet care industry was an excellent decision. Laurel also feels it is very important to give back to the animal community so Animal House Pet Care LA is active in participating in worthy animal causes such as the SPCA, Humane Society, The Farm Sanctuary, Best Friends, New Leash on Life and many more!
