I agree with Stephanie they are soooo wonderful here!!! I think the aspca is waaaaay worst! They are rude nor helpful! They didn't give me tags for my pups shots, rabies just a piece of paper! Everytime I walk into the animal care center they come to my baby and talk and love on her it so sweet. I really had an emergency and called them they called me right back and got me in!!! Every time I call concerned about something they always ask me questions explaining everything so well. I go every couple of months for a check up and will continue.

I hear people say this place is great, but I think NOT! I got a kitten from the animal shelter and they were closed when she got sick so I HAD to go here. The staff was really friendly, but when the dr./vet came in he was like 79 yrs old!!! I am NOT joking even with his glasses on he couldn't see what the chart said! He examined my cat and said nothing was wrong with her and gave me meds for something she did not even have! She died the next day and it turns out she had the cats equivalent to parvo/ cat cough!! Could have been saved with extra oxygen and some other terminology another vet said! WTF!!!!! They still billed me $100 something after I complained to them stating you had a doctor that SHOULD be RETIRED!!! They claimed he does wonderful work!
BS!!! Stay AWAY from them and go to Family Pet Hospital instead! Off of Elmira... See my Yelp on them!
