I had them watch my pets while out of town for a bit under a week at the end of last year. When I got home, everything seemed in place, and there weren't any pet messes, so I was happy. Their rates are okay (about $20 per day, plus $15 extra per day on holidays I think), about the same as you'd get at an animal hospital for boarding, but your pets get to stay home where they are most comfortable. They require two copies of your house key, which could be a pain if you don't have endless copies lying around. I would use them again - if I happen to be out of town while all my friends are out of town too.
