Before getting on yelp, me and my bf always rate places we go to eat, and this has been one of the hardest ratings.

We argued between 3 and 4 stars because their pizza is amazing but everything else well, it's not amazing. I decided on 4 stars because I grew up on Angelo's, since they were a tiny little space next to what used to be a stationary on the corner of 103rd and 39th. My dad would always bring me here when he picked me up from school which is a couple blocks away, but that was back in the 90's. I still go there on occasions but it's only when I crave really cheesy pizza.
Their pasta is cooked al dente which I love but they just throw the sauce over it, and that I dislike it makes it taste very "blah", their lasagna is good, and their chicken francaise had a good taste but unless they make it fresh its nothing to brag about, I never really had their salads but thats only because I mainly go here for pizza.
The guys are very friendly and their waitresses could learn a thing or two about being friendly.
Angelo's has come a long way, kudos to them but I think they should taste their food before serving it to customers.

Angelo's is a neighborhood staple... they have been around since 1958. My mom & her sis grew up with "Pizza Sam" on 89th & Northern Blvd in Jackson Heights, but my dad & his sibs: this "Angelo's" in Corona. Since I live closer to Angelo's now, I have come to like them a lot, too.

Giving them 5 stars b/c the food is always delicious and they have very generous servings for good prices -- and the staff is so, so nice :-)
-- If I've had a rough day at work, I pick up some Angelo's on the way home. They have a big screen tv and usually have some sort of sports game on. It's also a fav spot of NYPD; always nice to see our men & women in blue.

My favs so far @ Angelo's: the lemon chicken & pasta, lasagna, vodka chicken pizza, chicken roll.

Great pizzeria located  in an area which seems kind of out of place. The place is nice size with plenty of seating. I ordered up a pepperoni slice and was told to have a seat and I would have it brought to me....huh? Come again?

Now, there is a pizzeria in the Bronx that brings your slice to your table, but waitress service? It caught me way off guard. I sat and was brought my slice and my snapple and eventually a check....weird, because you almost feel obligated to give a tip which I'm sure most people don't, which sucks because the woman works hard.

I enjoyed my lunch and gave a tip which I feel was deserved. Cool spot.

I went here friday afternoon, the pizza was pretty good.nothing out of the ordinary.

The place was clean and they had an extensive menu, ranging from fried shrimp to every type of pasta dish.

It seems to me pizza keeps getting more expensive each day.$10.00 dollars for three plain slicez and a bottle pepsi.

It has a lot of tables so there is plently of seating.I wouldnt come here again but im sure they are way better places in New York with better prices..

It's in queens and they are charging Manhattan prices, makes no sense.

My friend and I order pizza - it was terrible.  Made us both sick - will never order food for this garbage place anyway.  They basically stole $20 from me.  HORRIBLE FOOD!!!! Don't go here - trust me.

Stuck in a hotel and needed quick delivery service. The pizza was great! Exactly what you would expect in NY. A little heavy on the cheese but the sauce and crust was excellent. Also tried the penne ala vodka, nothing extraordinary but it was very good. If I ever am stuck at a hotel near LaGuardia I will definitely order from Angelos again.
