This place is awesome. Clean. Good prices. Great service. Nina does my nails and eyebrows (threading). She is AMAZING and the sweetest lady on earth. Linda does my pedicures. She takes a long time is very thorough, which I like. I am also very ticklish and she has NEVER tickled me during a pedi.  I don't always like going to the mall but that is not a big deal as I usually get a starbucks in the mall beforehand. Everyone is so friendly.

Usually, I am really iffy about going to nail salons at the mall but with all the good reviews, I decided to give Angel Nails a try.

So I went to Angel Nails on tuesday around 11am and there wasnt anyone in there.  Yay me!  I was quickly seated to the station when I decided what i wanted to get.  My nail technician was Nancy and she was super sweet.  She helped me pick between two colors because I couldnt make up my mind and she explained to me how I should pick the other because there it's more glittery and who can say no to more glitter?  :)

So i was in there for almost an hour, and Nancy took her time to do my nails and at no time did I feel like she was trying to sell me other things like a pedicure or whatever.  I loved my nails when she was finished and I've recieved many compliments!  I've included a picture of them too!  ^^  Overall I had a good experience here but I took off a star because these ladies are chatty!!!  All I hear is lots of Vietnamese and lots of giggling.  Boo, I wish i could understand :(

Normally, I would be afraid to go to a Nail Salon at a mall. The first reason being that its probably horribly dirty--with a huge chance of catching a nail infection. But mostly because they usually have so many customers they try to take in every person that they can..like a factory.

I came to Angel Nails during a Friday morning and it was great! When I walked in I didn't feel like I had to fight for anyone's attention, but they welcomed me with open arms! I got a manicure and a  pedicure..which combined only cost me about $30. Keep in mind though..I was there for at least an hour..so I wasn't rushed one bit.

The employees here are very nice and they pay attention to detail! I just felt bad because one of the ladies working there kept telling me how tired she was and how hard she works. Don't get me wrong it didn't ruin my experience at all...it just showed me that the employees here really do care about their customers.

If I'm ever shopping at Newpark and I need a pedi/mani..I'll be sure to come here. They didn't even blink an eye when I paid them with a gift certificate..and you know how that goes at other Nail Salons...

This has been my resident nail spot for a little bit more than a year now. I love this place for many reasons. Everyone is very welcoming, even when it was my first time there. I always get compliments on my gel set. I prefer going to Lynn, but I feel so comfortable at this place that I don't mind going to anyone.

To me, it's not a perfect 5 out of 5 because I wish they wouldn't pressure me into doing something so quickly. Also, this place can use a new makeover, maybe even a thorough cleaning of the place. Otherwise, I'll be the continuing customer that I am.

This place is great.  Its not froo froo and really close to my old job.  I live in Hayward and I drive all the way to Newark instead of going to the one 5 minutes away. The people to go to are Crystal and (lisa?)  the nail guy.  Nancy also does a killer pedi.

Crystal: great english, and when Linh accidentally ripped my glittertip too quickly and my pinky started to gush, Crystal was genuinely worried (very important to me).

Lisa? (the only guy there)
best english of all, great conversationalist.  He does the best glitter tips I've seen and they last FOREVER.  I forgot to get my regular fill, and people were still giving me compliments on my nails O.O

Nancy:  she normally does my eyeborws... that alone is a challenge not many would tread lightly into.

This place actually does a pretty decent job.  They have the greatest variety of tips i've seen.  I had to knock a star off cuz the lady put gel on without asking and charged me $8 bucks for it.  It looks good but i wish she asked first ya know!

I ended up here about a year ago, hoping to get a new set and to figure out what to do with the nail I just lost (well, that got ripped off at a Death By Stereo concert.)

I was greeted by Crystal, who was very happy to help me.  She was extremely polite, spoke English well (for those of you concerned about this) and was genuinely concerned about my nail.  I did not put a tip on that finger, but she painted it for me and also discounted my set because of one less nail!  She is very thorough and does an excellent job.  I know this of most of the girls that work there.  They also do excellent pedicures and waxing.

I am still going here and I have to have Crystal!

This is a great walk-in nail salon.  I go when I''m in a hurry. It's not a luxury salon, and you just get a quick hand massage with your manicure , but for $10 it's good enough. They do an excellent job on a brow wax, too.

I'm taking off a star because it's always a bit dirty when I go in.  There is a layer of dust all over everything, even first thing in the morning.
