Oh Angel Feet. If heaven isn't exactly like this I'll stay on earth where I can book reflexology appointments at Angel Feet whenever I want to feel absolutely relaxed and blissfully happy. I'm coming at this biased, from three weeks of pure, horrible stress - the kind only New York City can deliver. Angel Feet dispersed it in 15 minutes, and spent the remaining 45 minutes improving my outlook on life. When I get stressed out I have what feels like a lump in my throat and had spent the previous three weeks feeling like I had swallowed a golf ball. One hour at Angel Feet and I could breathe - the lump was totally gone. Vanished. Miraculous.
This visit was a gift from a dear friend but I plan to go back as often as I can. The one hour session is $115 but, and please believe me, there is no better use for your money if you are in the market for some beautiful pampering.
Absolutely cannot overestimate how wonderful this place is.
THANK YOU! -

Had received a gift certificate for this spot. I came in with the city on my back and aching feet. Left with an angel on my shoulder and new soles.
Going back and maybe you might receive a gift certificate from me now! -

I heard rumours that this place had closed- UNTRUE- Angelfeet is alive and unbelievably wonderful. Leave them a message and someone will call you back- eventually!
Grampa almost only reviews greatness, but there are practically no words for how magical and therapeutic this haven is. All of the good things I'd heard about Angelfeet did not prepare me for how good it would feel to...
Siit in a comfy chair in lovely, dim little parlor, while the most talented person massaged my hands and feet! Sounds simple, but I felt so amazing afterwards, it was better than a lot of full body massages I'd had before- because of the focused attention.
This is the best treat you can give yourself- and a friend! There are only 2 spots in the house, and booking two appointments side by side is the best friend or couple date ever!!
Thank you ANgelfeet, we will be back and back again. :) -

I miss this little HAVEN so much from my years in NYC. Every friday night after work-- better'n a full body massage for me. I wish the would open one in LA or San Francisco. I have not found anything like it in California-- it was magic.
Can't wait for my next NY trip-- I will book them ahead. -

Angel Feet made me feel like I was floating on air when I left. Read the other reviews for details, but just know, it really is a wonderful experience. It is calm, healing, restorative and respectful.
Enjoy it. Angel Feet is a very special place. -

I'm a recent fan/believer to reflexology and am new to Angel Feet, so this is based on a one time experience so far. After reading reviews online and seeing it featured on GOOP, I booked an appointment. Upon walking in, an immense calm comes over you. It's probably the dim lighting and the soft spoken women who work there ... but it lasts and lasts and lasts even on the commute home. It's a small space, but comfortable and clean. The therapists talk with you briefly then move on to a foot wash in a warm bath. I opted to have the hands and feet done so once the feet are washed, cream is applied to them then they go into warm socks. While your feet are cozy, your hands are massaged. Amazing. I do a lot of typing and the blackberry seems to give me knots in my hands so this massage was especially appreciated. After 15 minutes, the focus goes onto your feet. One by one. All the while, you have your eyes closed and just listen to soft meditation music in the background. No one talks, it's perfect. Great atmosphere for a nap and it's hard not to doze off! The reflexology on the feet is great. They know exactly where to apply more pressure and pay more attention to. It was pure bliss. After the treatment, you get water and the therapist talks again with you to let you know what she discovered about your body. I plan on returning every few weeks because I found it's really helped me (I have a lot of stomach issues, especially with bloating, and reflexology has helped tremendously).
Some pointers:
*book a later appointment and go home immediately afterwards. I made the mistake of going out to dinner with some friends after my treatment and I was pretty tired (not to mention very relaxed) and didn't want to imbibe on libations since you should be drinking plenty of water to help the reflexology really do its' job.
*as said above, you're very relaxed and that continues into the next day. Next time I go, I'm going to try to get a Friday night appointment so I can sleep a bit more and not be late for work, like I was today!
*if you're a chatty cathy type, this place isn't for you. They have 2 chairs and book appointments at the same time and start the treatments for each person at the same time as well. It's quiet the whole time and whenever you're spoken to, it's in whispers. They ask to shut off your cell phones and to just sit back and relax.
*Enjoy! It's worth every penny. -

If you are looking for REAL reflexology by professionals who understand the technique--and not just a foot rub--try Angel Feet. Although pricey, it is the only place south of 14th street that has both a relaxing (yes, heavenly) ambiance and actual reflexology. This is the place to go if you want to explore reflexology to get to the bottom of an ailment or any health imbalance. It tells you something about the people behind AF that a small space can feel like such an oasis.

I have tender tootsies. I spend time and money caring for them. They are after all, The Foundation upon which I stand.
I went in today, no appointment, and they were happy to take me for a half hour service.
It was nice. Really nice.
HOWEVER.
The charge was $75. For half an hour. Plus tip.
I asked the price of an hour service. $115.
No. Can. Do.
I can get a 90 minute full body massage for that much at the lovely Greenhouse Holistic.
I shall not return to you, oh angel feet, for your prices are somewhat demonic.
