Thank goodness I found Joanne Burleigh again!  For years she was my esthetician at Antoine Du Chez in Colorado, but then I moved to California and lost touch with her.  I am so glad that when I visited Colorado last week I tracked her down at Aneau Salon & Spa.  I have missed her facials so much.  She knows exactly how to balance a facial experience through combining the use of massage and clinical techniques.  I felt relaxed and renewed.  I will be back every chance I get!

Service was terrible! Had a yolo deal to do a girls day at the spa, so glad we didn't pay full price!

The whole thing was a mess from the moment we tried to schedule it. The receptionist when we first called was so rude we decided to call back to schedule it later. We then scheduled it, unfortunately we had to reschedule it (due to unforeseen circumstances and we notified them right away far in advance of the scheduled time) and when we did they were rude to us again and very unorganized. They scheduled it the first time while I was on the phone, yet when I called back to rescheduled it they rudely said they would have to call me back and when they finally did call back they called the wrong person.

We went in looking forward to a fun relaxing day. It started out that way but went downhill quickly. The masseuse and the young lady who did the facial were great. They were both very nice and both competent in what they were doing. We had to wait a little bit because there was only one masseuse, but they had told us about that when we scheduled and we were ok with that.

After that was when it turned sour quickly. At that point we started waiting longer for the services than actually receiving services. Our mani's and pedi's were terrible. The mani consisted of me sitting in the pedi chair reaching uncomfortably across myself, a really rough filing, some poor cuticle work causing worse hangnails than I started with, and my nails being painted so poorly that a 5th grader would have done a better job. Fortunately my sister joined me at that point and had some water that I could take a sip, they didn't even ask if I wanted some water or anything (and I definitely didn't feel like I could ask for some). I didn't get to wash my hands, no kind of scrub, not even any lotion applied. They were filed so poorly they were catching on everything. They looked so bad I took the polish off as soon as I got home. The pedi was a little better, at least she did a sugar scrub. They didn't even have toe separators so I ended up with a tissue rolled up and wound between my toes.

There was such little staff we didn't even really spend much of the day together- only while we waited to start and while she was watching me get my nails done waiting for hers to get done. There was even a person while my sister was getting her nails done who had a appointment to do just her nails that was so tired of waiting she got up and walked out. While I was getting what was advertised in the package as a hair styling (which turned out to just be a shampoo and blow dry that  was done by an incompetent hair stylist which looked just like it does when I do it at home but took 4 times longer) they kept us apart even though my sister was just sitting around waiting for the same incompetent hair stylist. They could have at least let us sit close enough to talk instead of both sitting bored. My sister was so frustrated at the end she just wanted them to wash her hair, put a small amount of mousse in it, and just get the heck out of there. The "stylist" didn't even listen to her, she blew her hair dry when she specifically asked her not to and put a lot of products in her hair when also specifically asked she not do.

On top of it we had to wait at the front desk for five minutes to finally just get the heck out of there. No wonder they had to offer such a "great deal" just to get people in the door. I just hope they treat the clients who pay full price a lot better. Which is rude especially since they expect up be tipped at full price. What a waste!

I was thrilled with the haircuts the stylists gave my daughters. I plan on going back myself!! The location is good and the salon has a great vibe to it. I am so glad they offer discounts and specials frequently. This salon's a keeper.

I went to Aneau for the first time for a haircut and I was so pleased!  The staff was friendly and very attentive. The salon is pretty with lots of space and natural light.  It has a Wonderful airy feel!  Brittany gave me a relaxing shampoo and a Very Cute hair cut!  I will definitely go back, and I will refer all my girlfriends! I think I'll try a facial next time too!!

Came in for a color and cut left with a brow wax too.  First off super cool environment and beautiful.  I called up described my hair and they put me with Alisha and Briitany.  Loved them both of them were very attentive and asked a lot of questions.  Alisha gave me great color with beautiful high lights.  Brittany listened and gave me a great cut.  They asked if I needed any waxing, got a brow with Bianca.  She was awesome!  Very attentive and so thorough.  Pricing was normal.  Got a discount on products for checking in with Yelp.  Bought some Bare Minerals and Kerastase.  Will be back for sure!

I had been going to this salon when it was Antoine Du Chez.  When they made the change, my stylist left for a salon too far to travel and I went elsewhere.  They sent me a 25% coupon to come back and I did.  I'm very, very sorry I made that decision.

I had an appointment today for a root color touch up, partial highlights and a haircut.  They were not busy, but they didn't have a lot of staff, so I ended up sitting with the hightlights and color for almost an hour, which didn't give me great results.  My hair was brown with fluorescent orange streaks.

A different person cut my hair and as she started, the girl who did my highlights saw they weren't right and came over and asked if she could put toner in my hair.  The other girl refused to relinquesh me to the colorist and said that after she was done, I could have my hair fixed. The problem with that was I was in a time crunch and I they had already had me waiting much longer than I expected.  She then proceeded to finish cutting my hair and blowing it out straight.  Then, she let me go get my hair fixed.  So, after I just sat there for 15 minutes getting my hair styled and cut, they wet my hair again and put toner in it.  By the time that was done, I had no time for another hair drying and styling, so I left the salon with wet, unstlyled hair.

I was in tears when I saw how my hair looked and the hair cutter just ignored it and went on her way cutting and blowdrying my hair.  Then, when I checked out, they told me they were charging me over $300!  When I asked to speak to the owner, they reduced the price to $130.  I paid $130 and my hair looks worse than it ever has and I feel like I was treated like a piece of dirt.  They even had the nerve to ask if I wanted too book another appointment.

I will never go back to this business.  I think I would have gotten better results with a bottle of Ms. Clairol and a beauty school dropout.
