Andy is a fantastic agent. I was in my first accident and the first person I called was Andy. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and telling me what I was going to expect. He was very thorough and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There was never a moment I felt confused about anything. He always has time for me when I give him a call for any reason.
Needless to say, Andy is a phenomenal agent and I recommend him to all of my friends when I get the chance. -

Andy is great! He is super professional and understood my needs. Also, I was recently in a car accident, totaled my car :(. But he was able to help me through the process with such ease. Sad about my car, but at least doing the paper work wasn't painful. Thanks Andy!

Andy Nguyen - your Friendly Farmers Agent.
My wife and I love Andy and the excellent service he provides. We currently have our Cars, House, Motorcycle, and Lives insured with him. To say the least, we trust him a lot.
Last month, We were in a bad car accident. car rolled of the road. It was a Sunday and i called Andy he was very considerate and helpful. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and answered any questions we had. I must say the whole experience with Farmers was very pleasant and handled in a swiftly manner.
You see these commercials about the OTHER insurance company saying the little jingle and their agent is there, But in real life I called and MY agent was there.

Andy is my insurance agent of choice. He makes the process of buying insurance simple and seamless. Just let him know what you want, and consider it done! Very knowledgeable and up-to-date about anything having to do with insurance. Andy has compiled a good team, leaving him more time to tend to his clients. He's also accessible, which I see as a valuable trait for any professional.
Account Statements: They mail you copies promptly every month, but if by chance you lose any documents, they can be accessed online. Make sure you sign up for service before hand. Have your account / policy number handy.
Payments: Everything can be done online, or over the phone, or snail mail if you prefer.
Claims Service: I have experienced Farmers claim service and I would say, they are very quick to respond...and get you PAID!!! - given you do you part, with sending in the requested documents. -

Andy Nguyen is a true professional! He cares about his clients as if you're family and works hard to get them the best insurance coverage at the best rate possible for each individual situation. Andy is very charming, accommodating, honest and extremely knowledgeable in both personal and commercial policies. As an experienced Mortgage Broker in Marin County, it is very difficult to find like-minded service professionals who can consistently provide top-notch customer service year round. Although Andy's office is located in the East Bay, he is very much mobile and will travel all around the Bay Area to make every effort to meet with all of his clients face to face!
Honestly, until you have a claim with any insurance provider, talk is talk! When I was in a car accident not that long ago, I was literally blown away by the amount of attentiveness and care I received from Andy and his team at Farmer's Insurance.
Andy Nguyen is by far my all time favorite Insurance Agent and I have continued to recommend his services to all of my family, friends, associates and clients throughout the Bay Area. -
