The service at Andy Mohr Ford cannot be beat!!! From salesmen to service reps, these guys are "on it". I bought my truck from Chad Herron in May of 2010. Chad has a very laid back attitude and a no pressure type of approach. He and the manager worked to get me the best deal on financing, which ended up being less than 2% interest. Holy cow!
Also, I purchased the Andy Mohr card when I bought my truck. Basically, this card is 250 bucks (I think). It pays for itself in just a few oil changes. What you get is: every other oil change is free, up until your 10th one, free tire rotations, and a discount on all/any other services. What a bargain!
I do have to mention that I had one bad experience with a service rep. He had a really bad attitude and didn't have all the services performed on my truck that I requested. I asked to speak to the manager who assured me he would have a talk with the representative and of course I didn't have to pay for that days' service. Way to redeem yourselves!!! -

Very poor. If you are trying to sell a car, stay away. The guy who is responsible for buying cars seemed more interested in chatting with his friends than helping us. He had a terrible, arrogant attitude and was not helpful. Stay away if you value good service.

I loved this place...I bought my truck off of Craigslist for $500 and knew it would have issues. I have had the same mechanic (who is hot by the way) and have had a few things fixed on it.
My "automotive technician" fixed the clanging noise in the front of my car and pulled me aside to let me know the oil filter had rusted to the truck and he changed that too without adding it to the bill. I won't mention a name, so I don't get him in trouble, but I had a great experience with him and got my truck back in a few hours.

History
Established in 1992
The Andy Mohr Automotive Group began in 1992. Our first dealership, Andy Mohr Chevrolet - Buick dealership was located in Greencastle, Indiana. In 1995, Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield, Indiana was added. 1996, Andy Mohr Buick Pontiac GMC joined us, and in 2003 we welcomed Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield. 2005 was a monumental year for the Andy Mohr Automotive Group. The name plates of Nissan, Lincoln and Mercury were added to the group in November. And in December, we opened the state-of-the-art Andy Mohr Toyota / Scion facility in Avon, Indiana. Andy Mohr Mitsubishi of Fishers joined us in 2006. April 2010 was another busy time at Andy Mohr Automotive. The Andy Mohr Truck Center located on Holt Road in Indianapolis and Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet on W 38th street in Indianapolis became the latest members to join the Andy Mohr Automotive Group.
