I had always been too scared to go to a chiropractor, but after having my 2nd kiddo I was having tingling and numbness in my hand. I went to my physician, who referred me to a specialist, who referred me to a therapist...none of it worked. Then my husband suggested going to Dr. Andrus. I was nervous but gave it a try. On my 2nd visit Dr. Andrus adjusted me and almost immediately my numbness went away. Within 2 weeks, I was back on track. While doing x-rays we discovered how off my back is (I knew it was bad since I was born with spina bifida ocolta, but had no clue it was this bad). I have been going to him 2 times a week since. I feel so good and my back is looking way better!
I had mentioned once to Dr. Andrus how tired I was because my new son was so colicky. He asked if he could take a look and discovered Parker (my youngest) had discs out of place (probably due to natural birth). He adjusted Parker and after the 2nd visit Parker never had colic again!
Another time I had mentioned my oldest son Brayden was having potty issues out of nowhere (had been potty trained for years and then all of a sudden in the last weeks would just pee himself). He worked on Brayden and again, never peed his pants again.
I would highly recommend Dr Andrus to anyone, but especially my friends whose children are having issues. He was a miracle worker for our two and has helped this mommy sleep better at night. :) -

Doctor Andrus is amazing. His approach is holistic and educational: explaining what he's seeing in x-rays, feeling up your spine and doing.
I had a head nurse recommend him as the chiropractor he goes to. That was gold!
I've seen a lot of bad chiropractors and when they are bad they are very very bad. So I really recognize the good ones. I really recommend Dr Andrus and he was quick to get me in. -

I have been seeing Dr. Andrus for 5 years for low back issues, neck pain and general health. He has helped me tremendously over the years and I have recommended several people to him.
His staff , Chelsea and Ashley, are friendly, and fabulous.
I'm a work out nut and he keeps me in the game and when my back goes out he gets me back on my feet in amazing time.
My only suggestion is to set your appts when he is not real busy. Ashley and Chelsea can help you with that! -

I've been seeing chiropractors for 27 years for low back pain, competitive sports injuries, of late a whiplash injury, foot and shoulder pain. Some of these chiros were good, some were okay, and then Thankfully Dr.Andrus was referred to me about 4years ago...OH MY GOODNESS! since then my health has improved so much!, and my body has healed in ways I didn't think were possible! My body feels younger and better than it did 15years ago!!! Dr. Andrus is a special kind of chiropractor, in that he's a neurological chiropractor-Major Difference! I don't live with the head to toe pain I used to carry around anymore, my circulation, energy and posture have improved leaps and bounds!!. I've never met a doctor so innately skilled, or so genuinely caring EVER!!! His understanding of neurology, and the skeletal and muscular system is Out OF THIS WORLD!!!..HE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST and MOST GIFTED DOCTOR AROUND!! Citizens of San Diego County consider yourself very very fortunate to be living in such close proximity to such a brilliant and amazing doctor!....
