So I hired Andrew Collings in February of this year for my wedding this upcoming February (2010). My fiancee and I met with about 4-5 different photographers in the city and even in the 'burbs, and I can tell you that he is by far the most flexible and reasonably priced wedding photographer..and with the absolute best portfolio! We just had our engagement pics with Andrew in October, and they were absolutely phenomenal!! Andrew really made us feel super comfortable and, for lack of a better term, *not stupid* while we posed and jumped around and laughed for our photos. And I've never looked better in any pictures, EVER! He suggested fantastic locations for the shoot and him and his assistant were just so friendly and made the process really fun for both me and my fiancee. I am so grateful that I chose him for our photographer, and I seriously can't wait for him to photograph my wedding!
Save yourself the trouble of looking at other photographers in the city, because he's the best. -

Andrew did a friend's wedding. They have the best wedding pictures I have ever seen - no joke (check out his web page). I hope I can book him when I tie the knot.

I was looking for a photographer last minute before Christmas to get a couple of really nice photos for a friend I met in Germany this past October and he was coming to visit for the holidays. I called Andrew and he was able to fit me in within days. I planned everything to be perfect for the night of the shoot and then the first snowstorm came. Andrew waited for me to get there and made me feel very comfortable right away. He got me through my awkwardness with the camera and he really takes the most beautiful pictures. He had them ready for me to pick from on the internet the very next day and within just a couple of days I had the prints and they looked fantastic! Bravo Andrew and thank you so much again for the experience. The pictures were a hit.

Andrew has a wonderful way of making you feel completely comfortable when he takes photos. I felt very much at ease with him; he's extremely friendly, and he got me talking so that I barely gave any thought to the fact that I was taking pictures. In other words, there was no pressure, and that's really nice. I was also really pleased with the photos--I feel like, in making me feel so at ease and ultimately having fun in our session together, he really captured my personality. I highly recommend Andrew Collings!
