After some historically traumatic dental experiences, timing serendipitously placed me in New York when I needed extensive oral work to reconcile a long period of deferred maintenance, and alignment was just one issue that I needed to have addressed. And Andolino Orthodontics delivered.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and eased me into what was to be an 18-month treatment program of braces to fix a near-criminal non-smile, which was carefully coordinated with my regular dental work and cleanings, as well as my other necessary oral surgeries.
Every procedure was thoroughly explained, and Dr. Andolino was always present to examine and/or correct anything and everything related to fixtures, cleaning, maintenance, etc. All was to ensure that not only was his staff was restoring my ill-aligned ivories to piano-perfect, but that I was thoroughly involved in the process as well, flossing and brushing for adequate daily hygiene, and keeping my necessary appointments for adjustments and auxiliary cleanings as needed.
And while I would probably quibble with the decor, the offices are adequately furnished, and equipped with modern, up-to-date technology.
Oh, and they still nag me to finish my other needed work.

I came in for an evaluation a few years ago. I had had braces for 4 years as a kid, but my mouth had changed and my jaw is no longer aligned optimally, so my dentist suggested I get an initial evaluation which I was told would be complimentary.
When I went to Dr. Andolino's office, they immediately made me get molds done for $650. I got some useful information from the visit, but I really would have liked to know upfront that I'd be required to do that. Dr. Andolino was very insistent that I get braces, but I was very concerned about this for several reasons unique to my medical history and sought two additional evaluations from the dentist and orthodontist I'd had growing up. They strongly discouraged me from going ahead with braces, my current dentist agreed with that, and I've put any procedures on hold.
I've tried to get off of Dr. Andolino's mailing list multiple times but they keep calling, emailing, and sending me mail. I really don't feel that they have my best interests in mind, but are just aggressively trying to make money. If I eventually have to get orthodontic work done, I'll go somewhere else. -

The worst experience ever. I heard, Dr Frank Andolino took over the practice from Dr Boylan, who was a very reputable dentist, but Dr Boylan has been long gone, and finally Andolino took his name off. Would not let him treat my worst enemy . To begin with the office reception area is Okay, but, the treatment rooms have out dated equipment and not very sterilized looking, not the cleanest office I have seen. His staff does most of the work in your mouth , and he may or may not check it. He is not that interested in dentistry , it is only a way to make money and believe me they charge exorbitant prices for every little thing, watch out. He takes these long trips and if there is a problem you will be seen by his dental assistants. I would not recommend him at all, he even does not like children and is trying to make his office adults only. In general he is clueless about what goes on on that office and about orthodontic. I had to go through braces again.
