As you can guess I am sort of a fan of Andiamo.  Trying to get to all of them in which I think I have or almost.  Anyway, went to the original Andiamos with my handicapped friend.  Pulled into the driveway and a very nice young man approached my car for valet services.  My friend has a walker which I had put in the trunk, the young man got the walker out of the trunk and assisted my friend to the walker.  Classy!

Went into the restaurant without a reservation around 5:30ish on a Thursday afternoon with no problems.  They sat us relatively close to the door which was also very nice due to my friend having a walker with wheels!

Sat at the table and a man approached the table and said that he would put the walker in the coat room  -  that way no one would trip over it!  The decor is lovely, I would say contemporary in this Andiamo restaurant.  This is the original Andiamo's and it is where they have hollywood stars and comedians come out and have a special showroom for the stars to perform.  Sometimes the parking lot gets very busy, but not this particular day.

Right away the water person came and filled our water glasses.  The waiter came for our drinks and recognized me from a previous visit and acknowledged me, which was nice.  Brought our drinks - still not drinking liquor, but soon!!!! so, I had iced tea.  Ordered our meals, I ordered chicken with some mushrooms, onions, and cheese, mmmmmm.  Friend ordered chicken with some sort of  cheese on it.

The waiter brought us some bread and dipping oil, then the salad came, very yummy.   After we devoured the salad a side of pasta came out - at this location it was very tasty - I don't know downtown Detroit Andiamo's what you are doing with your pasta, but you should visit the Andiamo in Warren so much more tastier!  And the service you cannot compete with!

As you can guess when the dinner came I was already full, but I had to taste my food. It made my mouth water - the chicken melted in my mouth and was so delicious!  Perfection! That's what I call it!  When the waiter came back I had him wrap up mine for the next day - in which it was good for the next 2 days!!!!

My friend paid the bill and only had a $20 for the valet, so I asked the manager for change and he was glad to ablige. Valet person was so wonderful that once again he put my friend's walker in my trunk and assisted my friend into my car. Everyone at this Andiamo is friendly, accommodating to the customer, and just plain great.  Kudos to the original Andiamo's -- Royal Oak, Dearborn, Livonia, West Bloomfield, and Detroit should take lessons on how to treat their customers! Thank you Andiamo Warren for restoring my faith in you!

I went to a wedding at this location last Saturday and had a wonderful time! The place is big, immaculate, updated and classy.

The food was FANTASTIC. It was served family style and the menu consisted of salad & bread, then chicken milanese, roast beef in zip sauce, roasted potatoes, green beans. Everything was honestly to die for; especially the beef in zip sauce.

My only annoyances were that aside from our main dinner server, most every employee seemed exasperated and annoyed to be working. There was also only one bar in, what I think, was the main room - so thankfully our server was accomodating with constant drinks so we didn't have to wait in a 20-foot long line at the bar.

The food was truly great - highly recommend.

One of my first dining experiences in the Detroit area and I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, nice ambiance, decor was a bit dated, but will definitely be back

Good food and atmosphere. The family that owns the place seems genuinely interested in seeing that everyone has a good experience.

However, I think the bartender is working double duty somewhere else in the restaurant. On two occasions I went to the bar to get a drink and had to wait a few minutes for her to return.

If you are looking for a location to hold a wedding reception or other gala event, I strongly suggest the Andiamo Banquet location on 14 mile. I can't speak to cost because I was merely a guest, but my experience was top notch.

Parking - Plenty of it, quick valet.

Bathrooms - Clean (no attendant - positive in my book)

Space - More than you need if you have over 200 people. The dance floor, dining area, and gathering area between the bar and the dance floor all were spacious.

Staff - You didn't even know they were there...which is a good thing.  Servers should be like ninjas.  They moved quickly and in silence.  But,, if you had a request or needed something, they were polite and fast.

Bar - Never waited more than a minute for a drink (over a 200 person wedding)

Food - The best I've had at a wedding. If you get that little card in the mail and check any box other than Filet, you are crazy. And if the card doesn't have that option, well maybe it's time for a sit down with the Bride and Groom. The meal goes bread, soup, salad, pasta, entree, dessert. The salad was amazing. I wish I could have that dressing in a bottle, it made me want seconds. My entree, of course, was the filet. It was cooked perfectly (med rare) and was also a quality piece of beef. The combo is rare when cooking for the masses. The filet was topped with a zip sauce that could make a grown man cry. The dessert was a combo of wedding cake and chocolate covered vanilla ice cream.

Overall, the experience at Andiamo was top notch from a guest perspective.  Definitely worth a look if you are fit to be wed.

Holy bad Italian Wedding. The venue suits that to a tee. I came here to see Joan Rivers and she didn't disappoint, but the venue did. It smelled like fish and thank gosh we had enough people to fill a table because we would have ended up sitting with a bunch of complete strangers. The bar..um, if you could call it that, was lacking. Their version of an import  beer was "Heineken" and that was it. The wine was really dry and the service was shotty. OH!! and the worst part is that they MAKE you valet your car, you have no choice in the matter. Anyone who knows me, knows that I hate paying for parking, so this really got my goat. For the amount of money you spend on a ticket here, the parking should be free and the venue should be exceptional.

This place never dissapoints me. The food, the service, the atmosphere, Andiamo's is the place I count on when we have something to celebrate (or when we have the extra $$$ for some good ol fine dining.)

Their Cassata cake is to die for!

I was in the Detroit area last week and we dined at this place. Wow, wow and WOW!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had portobello mushrooms in a light cream sauce that practically melted in my mouth. Until now, I thought I didn't like them because they are so ugly. I also had a chicken dish but I can't remember what it was called. It also was amazing.

Nice ambiance, great service as well.

I'm a pasta girl, what can I say? For as long as I can remember when people ask me what my favorite food is I quickly respond with "pasta". So, Warren's Andiamo for me is like the Taj Mahal. Located on 14 mile Rd., Andiamo's not only has some of the consistently best Italian, they offer a wait staff that delivers impeccable service time and time again, and comfortable, classy ambience.

Andiamo's décor makes it a soft lit restaurant that boast large comfortable booths, simple, but elegant linen covered tables and a gorgeous mahogany wood bar that offers in stunning selection of wines, bourbons', scotches, and cigars.

Then there's the food, the absolutely fantastic food. The house dressing, a creamy garlic Italian smothered over fresh greens, tomatoes and cucumbers is a perfect beginning to an all around stunning meal. The bread served with the post entrée soup or salad is a parade of flavors with rosemary, thyme, and basil all marching to the same beat, creating a culinary symphony in your mouth. I always get the simple, but delicious Spaghetti with their homemade Tomato Basil sauce and sautéed mushrooms.   The tomato basil sauce on top of homemade pasta is chunky with fresh tomatoes, meddled with basil to give the perfect amount of sweetness. The mushrooms are always cooked flawlessly and are never rubbery.

For dessert indulge in some of the best cannollis in Metro Detroit. The shell has a faultless flaky, crispness and the filling a buttery, almond, flavor. Andiamo's is certainly not the place to go if you  expect to spend less than 50 bucks. I normally go with my parents and with three entrees and two rounds of drinks, the bill is always close if not a hundred bucks. But if you're looking for a classy joint, with an attentive staff for a special occasion, Andiamo's is a fantastic place to splurge.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and great food. I like that they have lunch specials on Monday and Tuesday. The manager is very nice and attentive. The service is good but needs a little bit of improvement in the area of attentiveness and drink refills. My main pet peeve is their valet service at lunch. Last time I was there at lunch they roped off a huge area of their parking lot to try to force you to valet. This is a little ridiculous at lunch when you're in a hurry and have to park way in the back. Who uses valet for lunch anyway?

I've only been there a couple of times. This last time went for a party at their banquet facility. I was stopped (literally, one of the valet guys got in front of my car) by the valet people at the front of the restaurant. I did get out and give them their keys and they told me the banquet entrance was way down from where I was standing. If I would've parked the car myself, I would've been CLOSER to the entrance! Yes, it was $4 for the valet - but this distance thing defeats the purpose of valet parking, in my opinion.

Food was OK (buffet style). Chicken was nice and soft, pasta wasn't bad but the portobello were a bit too rubbery. Wine was cheapo - so cheap that the poor bartender couldn't open ANY of the cabernet bottles! Of course the choice of alcohol depends on the budget of the party's host, but I doubt they paid that little for really cheap wine.

I have been here for dinner and now for a Baby Shower. The food is good and the service is excellent. The Servers are in tuxes and they came and cleaned off your table after we were done. I would highly recommended this place to anyone who wants good Italian food.

When I travel to Warren, Andiamo is a must.  Hands down beats any Italian restaurant anywhere in Atlanta, or any other major city for that matter.  Food, service and ambience are all first class all the way.  I've never been disappointed in any aspect of my many dining experiences there.

My first time at Andiamo and we loved it. Had a wonderful meal. The fillet and zip sauce was out of this world. The service couldn't have been better. Looking forward to the next time!
