It's pretty simple really.
Prompt service, courteous staff and affordable cost of repair. What more could one ask for?

Excellent service. Stupid torsion spring on my garage door snapped. So I called a couple companies and asked for estimates and when they could get out to repair my door. Anderson said today. Just dumb luck really that I got an appointment for today. It was taken care of in a half hour, cheaper than some other companies. Work was performed in a timely manner, explained and answered my questions out of my own stupid curiosity. They said the time frame would be from 12-3, well, it's almost 1PM and they were done!

Ok, so I had a similar problem as the poster before me. I was a little hesitant because Anderson only had one reviewer, but they were close to me so I rang them up last night.
A gentleman named Dave arranged to get here early in the morning and fixed the door at a very reasonable price. He could have tried to sell me a new door, but suggested I wait since the door I have still has some life in it.
You can bet that when my door gives out, I'll go to Anderson. They're prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. -

Talked to a friendly lady named liz who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The repair gentleman showed up early and completed the work promptly. It was even a few dollars less than i thought it would be. Thanks guys!!

These folks know what they are doing and they are honest. I had a couple of issues with two of my doors and I only called to get a spring replaced on my main door and low and behold the service technician was able to address several issues I was not aware of (not so obvious at the time to me - now very obvious). I was very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, promptness of the service call and a few days post the service call all is still very good. A very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

Anderson did a great job. I had a door that was scraping the metal rod when it opened and Scot was able to drill new holes at key places and adjust it upward so that it no longer scraped. It was tricky because there wasn't a lot of room to raise the metal rod because of a finished roof. Excellent work and reasonable price. They also came out the same day I called. Hightly recommend!

my garage door was broken. a friend told me that the spring was broken. i called thursday morning for an appointment for either thursday or friday. the lady on the phone told me that the contractor will call me friday morning between 8-9 to set up an appointment. dave called me a little past 8 and set up an appointment between 11 to 1. he came a little past 11 and it's about 1/2 hr or so and the job is done. he knew exactly what he was doing and went right to work. he's been doing this for more than 30 years so he is very experienced. i am very happy with the workmanship and the price is very reasonable. i will definitely recommend his service to all my friends. thanks again dave.
