DO NOT get the lifetime tire alignment. We brought it in at noon one day, which was a little late so it was understandable that they couldn't do it. We brought it in today at 10 am and they said they have no time for it. We asked about tomorrow and the response was "There will be no one here to do it". This is the second time this has happened. Once they get the payment for the lifetime warranty. You become their last priority. They don't accept appointments either.
I finally showed up at 8am right when they open, paid for an oil change and told them to align it too. But suprise supirse when I got there they did the oil change, but couldnt do the alignment because "I needed new axles and motor mounts and to determine what they had to do I had to pay $89 for them to do a one hour test on it".I didnt believe it since my car is fairly new. So I took it to a different shop. They said there wasn't a thing wrong with it, not one thing. So I paid them to do the alignment, so much for the lifetime one at Anderson. Beware, they try to sell you way more than you need. WAY more.
