I have great memories of this place. The best flying time of my life was had in and out of this airport. The days were warm, the flying was low and fast. I guess it was just a simpler time.
Everything about this airport is awesome. They come out and get you in a little golf cart, you go in, pay for fuel and lets talk about the food.
They make food every day. I mean, they bake fresh biscuits and eggs and burritos and chicken. Oh, and their cookies are divine. Once, the woman apologized to me because they had to use canned biscuits because she was taking care of a sick relative. I mean, what a great place. Ahh, those were the days.
