Review from K A.
San Dimas, CA
We stayed here three nights. Somewhat clean on the surface (until you take a close look), yet the hotel looks and feels like it needs a good deep cleaning. I believe they are still in the process of remodeling some rooms. We had to call the second day as they forgot to make up the room. The pillows were like bricks. The hotel is most convenient to where we needed to be, so would we stay again, probably, but bring a spray can of disinfectant, which fortunately we did.

Review from Daniel B.
Albany, NY
Rounding it was about $200 for the night.
For the square footage of the room, it was the value of the century. Large king bed, pull out sofa, kitchenette, desk, bathroom and a walk in closet. But I kind of felt like I walked into Barton Fink.
Perhaps there are some better rooms than the one we got. But the hotel was booked, and changing rooms wasn't an option. Still, as I learned in chemistry, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
Peeling wallpaper is never a good sign.
It's not that the place was completely falling apart. It was just a bit odd and a bit dingy. Not dirty. Just not very clean. And that's not the result of the housecleaning staff (who were fantastic) it's just about periodic deep cleaning and checking in on the details, like the condition of the pillows.
All the pillows were different. Some were big, others were small. One was a bit lumpy, and another was hard as a rock. And the room that we were in only had three pillows for the four people staying there (my wife and two small children - who also appreciate pillows).
Finding a fourth pillow was an adventure in itself.
The first delivery of additional linens (we also needed sheets and blankets for the pull out couch plus more towels) came without the requested pillow. I asked the hotel clerk if he could return with the missing pillow.
Nothing.
So, I call the front desk and ask again. Wandering the hallways I find a very sweet, very helpful, and very lost housekeeper with what looks like an identical set of linens to the one I recently received, but still without a pillow.
Together, we went to the front desk in person. And I followed the housekeeper to the first linen closet. No pillows. The manager thought there might be extra pillows in an unoccupied room. Nothing. So I followed the housekeeper along the serpentine hallways of the hotel. She found one pillow on the floor of the closet, examined it, and decided it would be unfit for use.
Finally, in another closet, ironically the one closest to my room, she found one.
In the end, I got a good night's sleep. Nobody got bedbugs. And we were able to stay near where we needed to be. Maybe that's worth $200. But not quite.
