Roxanne does the best brows in D.C.! When I started coming here about six months ago my brows were really shabby but now they are close to perfect! The location at the back of Nordstrom's isn't quite a "spa" environment but who cares if you get a great arch! Price equivalent (or even less) to anything I've paid for in California and totally worth it! Probably best to call and make an appointment but I've been able to walk in most of the time.
my brows were in desparate need of a clean-up and after twenty minutes i had clean brows with a nice arch. you sit in this chair towards the back of the perfume section at nordstrom. not exactly private, but the whole process is pretty quick and painless. my brows looked great, but it's pretty pricey compared to other salons in the DC area. can't remember the exact price, but i think it was around $30. i will go back in a few weeks unless i can find a place that is cheaper and dependable.
